The hotel respects the monastic architecture, was built like a sister hotel of the Metropolitan Hotel in Thessaloniki.  The hotel complex Xenios Theoxenia is situated in three kilometres from Ouranoupoli, Halkidiki the peninsula of Mount Athos, near the Holy Mountain in front of the blue Aegean.
