All our units are bright, equipped with modern style furniture and very attractive for the little ones. We have apartments of different types with a capacity of up to 7 adults (or six adults and two children). Additionally, all units have a shower, hairdryer, TV, mirror, air conditioning (A/C), refrigerator and safe (with charge).
Cleaning and change of towels: 7 days a week
Change of sheets: 2 times per week (Excellence Apartment, every 2 days).
If the booking is cancelled with more than 15 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 50% of total amount as a penalty
If the booking is cancelled with 15 days before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.
If the booking is cancelled with more than 8 days before the arrival, no penalty;
If the booking is cancelled between 7 and 5 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 1 night as a penalty;
If the booking is cancelled between 4 and 1 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 2 nights as a penalty,
If the booking is cancelled with 24 hours before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.
If the booking is cancelled with more than 15 days before the arrival, no penalty;
If the booking is cancelled between 14 and 8 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 50% of total amount as a penalty;
If the booking is cancelled with 7 days before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.

Deposit at check in: 200 euro.
The deposit is voluntary and can be used to cover any additional services during the stay, such as charges at the bar, pool, restaurant, or other hotel facilities. All payments are centralized at reception.
If the guest chooses not to pay the deposit and incurs any charges during the stay, they will need to settle the payment directly at reception.
At the end of the stay, any remaining balance will be refunded. If no additional services have been used, the full €200 deposit will be returned.
