This centrally located apartment complex is located just a few paces from the sea as well as from restaurants and bars. The beach, a wide selection of shopping venues and links to the public transport network lie within 500 m of the complex. This apartment complex consists of a total of 163 apartments. Guests have the opportunity to make use of the 1, 000-m² garden and facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, 5 lifts, a café, a small supermarket and a cosy bar. All of the comfortable apartments come with an en suite bathroom, a kitchenette, a fridge and a lounge. A television can be hired from reception. Guests may make use of the hotel's saltwater swimming pool and parasols. Sports enthusiasts are offered billiards tables (for an added fee). A golf course is located 1 km from the complex.Please note that some facilities and services might be unavailable during summer/winter season. Cleaning 2 times per week. Towel change pnce per week.
