Check-in time is from 15:00 at the hotel on arrival date. Rooms requiring check-in prior to 15:00 (but not earlier than 12:00 noon on arrival date) will require pre-registration confirmed by the hotel as per availability.
Guaranteed early check-in prior to the hotel check-in time 15:00 must be pre-booked and it will be charged at 100% of purchased Room PackageRate
Payment for early check-in charge must be made on receipt of Hotel’s confirmation ofreservation.
Check-out.
Check-out time is no later than 12:00 noon, unless otherwise noticed and/or confirmed by the Hotel.
Late departures are available, subject to availability as confirmed by the Hotel, and charged as follows: 50% of Room Package Rate for late check-out between 12:00 noon and 18:00; 100% of Room Package Rate for late check-out after 18:00.
Once check–in formalities have been completed, Guests will be charged accommodation at Room Package Rate for the full duration of the reserved stay, even in case of early departure.
Early check-in and late check-out charges will be charged at (i) public rates of Centara when Guest pays directly to Centara or (ii) contractual rate as agreed between Centara and Partner if payment is made by Partner
CHILDREN POLICY:
The discount for children from 6 to 11.99 years old applies for a maximum of 2 children per room when staying in the same room as the parents (adults).
