T&C and Dining Options:
A set, three-course menu (choice of starters + main courses + desserts) in the All-Day Dining Restaurant (Nahaam) or the following specialty restaurants (Li Beirut, Sole) or the International Buffet Restaurant (Rosewater). Additional food items not included in the set menu will be subject to an extra charge.

Guests may opt to dine from the A La Carte menu in one of the following restaurants: Nahaam, Li Beirut, Sole, Ray’s Grill and redeem a credit of AED 120 per adult and AED 60 per child off the total bill, in lieu of their Half Board meal. The credit will be redeemable against food items only. No cash alternative. Lunch and Dinner credit cannot be combined in one sitting

Guestrooms and Apartments: Breakfast is to be taken in the main restaurant: Rosewater. Room service breakfast will be charged at the published Room Service rates.
Club Room and Suites: Breakfast to be taken in Level 45. Room service breakfast will be charged at the published Room Service rates

Eligible Outlets: A set, three-course menu (choice of starters + main courses + desserts) in the All-Day Dining Restaurant

GENERAL POLICY:
Booking are not applicable to groups more than 9 rooms.
Minimum Length of Stay:
- A minimum stay of 2 (two) consecutive nights is required for stays from November to October.
- A minimum stay of 4 (four) consecutive nights is required during peak dates.
- A minimum stay of 5 (five) consecutive nights is required for stays during New Year period.

Check-in / Check-out Time:
- Check-in time is 15:00 hours
- Check-out time is 12:00 hours
-No check out on 31st of December
-For late departure(up to 19.00) charge shall be 50% of the rate of the day, after that time, a full night’s stay will be charged at the rate of the day.

CHILDREN POLICY:
Children are considered from 0 to 11.99 years old
Children up to the age of 11.99 years (inclusive) will be accommodated on existing bedding or one additional extra bed free of charge based on room occupancy provided within this contract, when booked on the same meal plan as their parents in the designated Hotel venue.
One Extra bed will be provided free of charge, additional extra beds can be requested but are subject to availability and are chargeable
Children 12 years old and above are considered adults.

Guaranteed higher floor, from level 51 to 59
Exclusive access to Level 45 offering the following benefits:
