Room Rates Conditions

• Rates are applicable for All Markets.
• Rates are inclusive of all taxes.
• Rates above exclude any additional/new Government tax(s) that maybe levied within the contracted period.
• Room with breakfast rates include breakfast for Single and Double occupancy at Urban Kitchen
• All-Day Dining Restaurant.
• Rates are non-commissionable.
• Rates are applicable to transient F.|.T. travelers only and not applicable for group bookings.
• Group rates for minimum of 10 paying rooms and above are negotiable on ad hoc basis
• Guest must check in with a voucher or confirmation slip unless advised by the Tour Operator in writing.

• Welcome drink served in the lounge upon arrival
• Coffee, tea and all-day refreshments
• Evening cocktails and hors d' ceuvres between 17:30 to 19:30

Guests staying in the serviced apartments for a minimum of 30 nights are entitied to the following discounts:

• 30% discount on all Food & Beverage outlets, except for alcohol & tobacco consumption
• 50% discount on all laundry services
  30% discount on all Spa and massage treatments at Namm Spa

Meal Rates Conditions

• Meal rates are based on per person per meal at Urban Kitchen restaurant.
• Meal rates are inclusive of all taxes. Should the government impose new taxes to the existing applicable tax, these new changes shall be reflected and become effective on the date of implementation of the law mandating the amendment rates.
• Meal rates exclude all beverages consumed.
• Meal rates may not be applicable for festive seasons and special promotions.

Child Policy

• Age definition od child: Up to 11 years. 12 years and above is considered an adult.
• Maximum number of people allowed in Deluxe Room and Junior Suite is 2 adults + 2 Children up to age of 11 sharing existing bedding (plus one extra bed if needed) or 23 adults. Maximum od oine rollaway bed or a baby  cot is permitted in a room.
• MAximum number od people aloowed in Club Deluxe Room and Club Junior Suite is 2 adults + 2 Children up to age of 11 sharing existing bedding (plus one extra bed if needed) or 23 adults. Maximum od oine rollaway bed or a baby  cot is permitted in a room.

Check-In / Check-Out Times

Hotel check-in time is 14:00hrs. Guests arriving prior to 14:00hrs will be accommodated as rooms become available. The Hotel will impose 50% of discounted room rate for check-in after 8:00hrs, but before 13:00hrs (Local Time). We can store their luggage during any check-in time.

Hotel check-out time is 12:00 noon. The Hotel will impose 50% of discounted room rate for checkout 12:00 noon, but before 20:00hrs (Local Time), and full day room rate for extension stay after
20:00hrs (Local Time).

Transportation
Airport Transfer is available on the following special rates:
From Abu Dhabi international Airport to Hotel / vice versa AED 250 net per car, per way (maximum of 2 adults per car)
From Dubai International Airport to Hotel / vice versa AED 627 net per car, per way (maximum of 2 adults per car)
