Breakfast

buffet breakfast can be available in ‘Vendome’ from 06:30 to 11:00 hours.

Half Board

Half Board is defined as lunch or dinner for all guests accommodated in the same room/ suite.

Half Board Dine-around

Half Board Dine-around supplement is considered a Dine-around option for Lunch/Dinner is available in selective restaurants

T&C and Dining Options:

• The above rates are inclusive of buffet breakfast, which can be availed in ‘Vendome’ from 06:30 to 11:00 hours.

• Breakfast taken outside designated breakfast timings will be charged separately.

• Breakfast ordered through the in room dining is chargeable.

• Guests will not be refunded for any unconsumed meals

• Half Board is defined as lunch or dinner for all guests accommodated in the same room/ suite.

• Dine-around option for Lunch/Dinner is available in selective restaurants below with additional supplement per person (in addition to HB supplement)

• Some restaurants may be closed without prior notice (e.g. during Ramadan).

• In Room Dining- Late arrivals have the option of availing their dinner meal (if requested by the guest) through In Room Dining when Vendome is already closed.

• Listed restaurants are subject to change and may be restricted to certain days of the week.

• Lunch only for Christmas (24th December)

• Dinner only for Christmas day (25th December)

• Lunch only for New Years’ Eve (31st December)

New Year Eve Conditions :

• The New Year’s Package includes the New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner

• The supplements are inclusive of all applicable taxes, service charge and local fees.

• The supplement will be charged to the Partner at the time of booking.

• No check-out are allowed on 31st December

• The detailed program of the New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner will be communicated closer to the Festive Season.

• From the moment the New Year’s Eve Concert is announced, purchasing the admissions (additional to the Gala Dinner price) will be mandatory for any new booking with stays over the 31st December, 2026.

• The New Year’s Eve Gala dinner event is elegant and sophisticated, the dress code is Formal (Black Tie) and is mandatory for all guests however, elegant attire would be accepted

Please be advised that the Lazy River and Slides at Mandarin Pool will operate with specific timings as outlined below (applicable daily, including public holidays):

Open: 09:00 – 11:30

Closed: 11:30 – 12:45

Open: 12:45 – Sunset

• Both services, Early Check-in & Late Check-out, are subject to availability upon arrival & departure and will be paid directly by the Guest at the Hotel.

• Pre-booked Early Check-in from 08:00 hrs will be charged at 50% of the rate of the night before.

• Pre-booked Late Check-out until 18:00 hrs will be charged at 50% of the rate of the checkout date.

• For guaranteed early check-in, the room must be pre-booked from the night before at full rate.

CHILDREN POLICY:

• Child 0 to 11.99 years old

• Children of ages of 0 - 11.99 years old inclusive share their parents’ room at no charge. Baby cots or extra beds are provided complimentary, based on availability.

• Meals are complimentary on the same board basis as the parents at assigned outlets, from the children’s menu.

• Age: From 10 months to 11.99 years old.

• Working Hours: from 8:00 to 18:00, daily.

• Meals are available at a cost for child, and includes one main course, one dessert and one drink from the a la carte menu.

• The King size bed rooms can accommodate 1 (one) roll away bed or 1 (one) baby cot; in addition 1 (one) child can stay in existing bedding sharing with parents free of charge. Please note that the room is 55 sqm and it is highly recommended to take an additional room to ensure a comfortable stay should the guests be travelling with more than 1 (one) child.

• The Twin size bed rooms cannot accommodate roll away bed or baby cot (maximum 2 people).

• The suites can accommodate 2 (two) roll away beds or 1 (one) roll away bed and 1 (one) baby cot per unit; in addition one infant can stay in existing bedding sharing with parents free of charge.

• Roll-away beds and baby cots are provided on complimentary basis for children up to 11.99 years, subject to availability upon booking.

Suite Benefits

All suite bookings will receive a complimentary transfer from AND to Abu Dhabi international airport OR one-way to OR from Dubai International Airport with private transport. Transfers must be requested in advance through the booking form with the respective flight details.

All suite bookings are entitled to EP Club.

Additional Palace Suite Benefits

• Guests are entitled to daily half board for all occupants in the room.

• Guests of 1 Bedroom Palace Suite are entitled to a daily use of one (unit) Beach Cabana only during low seasons.

• Guests of 2 and 3 Bedroom Palace Suite are entitled to a daily use of one (unit) Beach Cabana only during low season.

• Guests of 2 and 3 Bedroom Palace Suite can avail the private majlis & the private dining room

• Guests of 3 Bedroom Palace Suite (up to 4 guests) are entitled to use the Moroccan Hammam (steam and Jacuzzi only) for 60 minutes in the Spa, once per stay. Treatment(s) and retail product(s) are not included in the benefit and can be ordered/purchased at an additional charge. An advance booking is required; the service is subject to availability.

5 EP Club:

All guests accommodated in Club Sea View Room, and any of our Suite categories will have access to EP Club Lounge and the following benefits:
