The above rates are non-commissionable and inclusive of breakfast for two persons per room/suite in the assigned outlets.
The above contracted rates apply to bookings of 9 or less rooms. A request of 10 rooms or more will be considered a group request and different rates, terms & conditions will be negotiated.

Suite Benefits
All suite bookings will receive a complimentary transfer from AND to Abu Dhabi international airport OR one way to OR from Dubai International Airport with private transport. Transfers must be requested in advance through the booking form with the respective flight details.
All suite bookings are entitled to EP Club access.

Additional Palace Suite Benefits
Guests are entitled to daily half board for all occupants in the room.
Guests of 1 Bedroom Palace Suite are entitled to a daily use of one (unit) Beach Cabana only during low seasons.
Guests of 2 and 3 Bedroom Palace Suite are entitled to a daily use of one (unit) Beach Cabana throughout the season.
Guests of 2 and 3 Bedroom Palace Suite can avail the private majlis & the private dining room
Guests of 3 Bedroom Palace Suite (up to 4 guests) are entitled to use the Moroccan Hammam (steam and Jacuzzi only) for 60 minutes in the Spa, once per stay. Treatment(s) and retail product(s) are not included in the benefit and can be ordered/purchased at an additional charge. An advance booking is required; the service is subject to availability.

Club Lounge
All guests accommodated in Club Sea View Room, and any of our Suite categories will have access to EP Club Lounge and the following benefits:

Afternoon Tea (14:00 – 16:00)*
Canapé-Cocktail hours (17:00 – 19:00)*

Child Policy
Child 0 to 3.99 years old
Children of ages of 0-3.99 years old inclusive share their parents’ room at no charge. Baby cots or extra beds are provided complimentary, based on availability. For more than one child, it may be necessary to reserve a suite category or additional room(s).
Meals are complimentary in assigned outlets when dining with parents.

Kids Palace

• Age: From 10 months to 11.99 years old (from 10 months to 3.99 years old, children must be accompanied by one adult)
• Working Hours: from 8:00 to 18:00, daily.

The above rates are inclusive of buffet breakfast which can be availed in ‘Vendome’ from 06:30 to 11:00 hours.
Breakfast taken outside designated breakfast timings will be charged separately.
Breakfast ordered through the in room dining is chargeable.
Guests will not be refunded for any unconsumed meals.
Half Board
The meal plan can be upgraded to Half Board for lunch or dinner at applicable supplement charges.
Half Board is defined as lunch or dinner for all guests accommodated in the same room/ suite.

The detailed program of the New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner will be communicated closer to the Festive Season.
The New Year’s Eve Gala dinner event is elegant and sophisticated, the dress code is Formal (Black Tie) and is mandatory for all guests however, elegant attire would be accepted.

Bookings

Minimum age of 21 years or above is required for a stay at the Hotel; minors must be accompanied by a parent or a legal adult guardian

 Ramadan Information

• Lebanese Terrace and Café Fountain will be temporarily closed.
• Vendôme will remain open but will close for dinner service only.

4% municipality fee and 5% Value Added Tax (“VAT”).

»CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT TIME:

• Check-in time is 15:00 hours on the arrival date. Access to rooms prior to this time will only be offered depending on the availability of rooms at the time of arrival.
• Check-out time is 12:00 noon on the departure date. Late check-out may be arranged by the Hotel, depending on the availability of rooms at the time of the departure.
• Both services, Early Check-in & Late Check-out, are subject to availability upon arrival & departure and will be paid directly by the Guest at the Hotel.
• Pre-booked Early Check-in from 08:00 hrs will be charged at 50% of the rate of the night before.
• Pre-booked Late Check-out until 18:00 hrs will be charged at 50% of the rate of the checkout date.
• For guaranteed early check-in, the room must be pre-booked from the night before at full rate.
