» GENERAL POLICY: 

• All the above rates are on a bed and breakfast basis and include service charge,Tourism fee,municipality fee VAT (applicable on the room rate and service charge) and are non-commissionable. The taxes and service charge are to be calculated as based on the applicable government policy at the time of signing this agreement.

• In the event of any governmental change to the aforementioned Service Charge, VAT and the Tourism Dirham Fee the hotel reserves the right to amend the rates accordingly.
• Breakfast is to be taken in the main restaurant - Graphos Social Kitchen. Room service breakfast will be charged at the published Room Service rates.

• Every registered room occupant will have access to Yas Theme Parks: one general admission ticket (valid for Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, Yas Waterworld, Warner Bros. World™ Abu Dhabi or SeaWorld Abu Dhabi) per person per night of the stay with a maximum of one park entry per day (Terms & Conditions apply). In case of any changes in the terms and conditions of the Yas Theme Park access inclusions, the hotel will send an addendum to the agreement with 30 days’ notice. All existing bookings will be honored.

» CHILDREN POLICY:

• The Hotel’s Child Policy applies with regards to accommodation and meals for the whole duration of the contract.
• Children up to the age of 11.99 years are accommodated for free and on the same board basis as adults when sharing their parents’ room without an extra bed.
• One adult sharing a room with one or two children aged up to 11.99 years (inclusive) will pay the applicable double room rate with breakfast included.
• The above promotion is applicable for up to two kids per bedroom, maximum room occupancies apply.
• Kids of 12 years old and above are considered as an adult.
