2 night minimum length of stay throught the 2025 contracted year (excluding Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2025 (three nights) and New Year 2025 (four nights)).
To guarantee a Duplex Villa booking a deposit of one (1) night charge has to be paid upon confirmation of the reservation. The remaining balance of the duplex villa booking has to be settled 45 days prior guest arrival. Should the booking fall within the 45 days full pre-payment is required.
The deposit or payment is a non-refundable fee and will not be returned in the event of cancellation.
