Beautiful and cosy apartment with 135 m2 and capacity for 8 people only 200 metres far away from Puerto de Alcudia's beach This is a beautiful and modern apartment only 200 metres far away from the beach that offers the comfort of a house that will make your holiday an unforgettable experience! The apartment is 135 m2 and it’s ideal for families and little groups of friends, as it has capacity for 8 people. There are 2 rooms with a double bed and 2 rooms with two single beds each. There are two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath). There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms, but we’ll be glad to provide you with fans if you need them – please ask! All rooms have closet and windows. The apartment is on a ground floor. You can enjoy a pleasant breakfast on the terrace, which is furnished with a table and eight seats. In the living room there are three comfortable sofas and two armchairs where you can relax reading a book or watching satellite TV. The kitchen has everything you might need during your holiday: toaster, microwave, electric oven, vitro ceramic hob, fridge with freezer and a lot more. From the terraxe you will have access to the back garden shared with the neighbours, where you can sunbathe in one of the loungers. The location of the apartment is perfect because everything you might need is very close: beach (200 meters) pharmacy, shops, supermarket, surgery or bus stop. The frequency of the bus is every 15 minutes towards Can Picafort, Puerto de Pollença and other directions as Palma. In Puerto de Alcudia you will find lots of restaurants with any kind of food: fresh fish, good meat, Italian food, tapas or traditional Majorcan food. It’s full of bars as well, where you can have snacks as sandwiches, burgers or salads. For breakfasts you can visit one of the coffee shops on the seafront promenade.
