In the resort 400 m from the centre of Port d'Alcudia, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 400 m from the sea, 50 m from the lake, 200 m from the beach. Private: beautiful garden. Outdoor shower, patio (100 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine. Parking at the house, public parking on the road. Shop, supermarket, restaurant, bar, café, bus stop, sandy beach 400 m, outdoor swimming pool 2 km, indoor swimming pool 2 km, bathing lake 50 m. Sports harbour 1 km, golf course 3.5 km, tennis 2.2 km, minigolf 3 km, riding stable 2.5 km, children's playground 2.2 km. Please note: no lift. Suitable for families, suitable for seniors.
