Zaya Nurai Island welcome center is a 10-minute drive from Yas Mall and 13 minutes from Yas Links Golf course. This resort is only 30 minutes'''' ride from Abu Dhabi International Airport.Kindly note that no charges will be applied for the boat if it was used during the scheduled timings.

Please be advised that a scheduled boat will start running from 10.30 a.m. till 12.30 a.m. every hour from Zaya Nurai Welcome Center located in Saadiyat. From the Island itself, a scheduled boat will start running from 09.00 a.m. till 12.00 mid night every hour. Timings are subject to change so please verify it with our reservation Team

We are pleased to inform you that our exclusive personalized butler service will be available to our guests at Nurai Island across all villa types
Beach Villa: One-bedroom Beach Villas are designed to blend into the landscape, reflecting the surrounding beauty of the natural environment. High ceilings and sharp lines are the height of elegance, while spacious terraces and palm-fringed gardens bring tranquility and light.
Two Bedroom Villas: Two-bedroom Villas are ideal for families. There are two types of Two-bedroom Villas, the Beach Villas are located directly on the beach with an ample terrace and dedicated pools per bedroom and the Pool View Villas elevated to offer endless ocean views

To the extent that there is an introduction or increase in any taxes, including but not limited to Value Added Tax (“VAT”), municipality fees or services charges, at any time during the Term, the Hotel reserves the right to increase the Rates and any other rates, fees, or charges under this Contract accordingly, regardless of whether or not a confirmed booking has already been made.
This is a yieldable contract, and the hotel reserves the right to increase or decrease rates with reasonable notice. Nurai Island reserves the right to revise Food and Beverage prices during the validity of the contract.

Children Policy:
0 – 3 - years All meals free of charge (subject to parent’s meal package).
Maximum number of children as per villa configuration matrix (Refer to Appendix 1) 4-11 - 50% on adult meal supplement

The Contracted Rates are based on breakfast board basis for all guests and can be availed in Frangipani.

Breakfast supplement at Frangipani restaurant for extra people in the villa is AED 150 per adult per day and AED 75 per child per day (4 – 11.99 years).

Half board is defined as breakfast and lunch or dinner for all guests accommodated in the same villa. Guests may avail half board in a selection of restaurants within the island.All meal supplements are non-commissionable.

Airport Transfers:
Charges for limousine transfer per car per way are as follow: Below transfer rates are non-commissionable, Between Abu Dhabi Airport and Nurai Island Welcome Center AED 405 Between Dubai International Airport and Nurai Island Welcome Center AED 1025
Nurai Island Boat Transfer:
Charges for boat transfer per villa per stay are as follow: Below transfer rates are non-commissionable.
One-time fixed charge of AED 150 per villa per stay. Rates are subject to change throughout the validity of this contract.
This is to be settled upon check in by guest or by agent prior to arrival.

Early Departure Policy:
All Seasons 100% of the booked period will be charged should a guest depart ahead of the booked date of departure.
In case of advance payment, the amount will be non-refundable.
