TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The rates include buffet breakfast at The Café - an all-day dining restaurant. Room service breakfast will be charged separately.
High-speed internet is complimentary for all room categories

Half-Board (lunch or dinner)
 Set menu for lunch in The Café.
 Buffet for dinner in The Café.
 Dine-around credit per person per day is offered in selected outlets during the Winter/Peak Season and per person per day during the Summer Season.
 The Hotel will provide information on the available a la carte restaurants upon guest arrival.
 Half-board is mandatory for all guests sharing the same room.
 Half-board (lunch or dinner) cannot be carried over or refunded.
 The above is valid for food only; beverages are charged per consumption.

Full-Board (lunch and dinner)
 Set menu for lunch in The Café.
 Buffet for dinner in The Café.

CHILD POLICY
Bed and breakfast
 Baby cot and roll-away bed are free of charge, subject to availability and request.
 The Hotel permits only one extra bed or baby cot in each guest room.
 Children up to 5.99 years stay free when sharing the parent’s room with existing bedding.
 The child also benefits from the applicable meal plan during the stay.
 For children between 6.00 and 11.99 years, there is an extra supplement inclusive of all applicable Service charges and breakfast when sharing the parents’ room.
 Teenagers and Adults aged 12 and above stay at an extra supplement, inclusive of all applicable Service charges and breakfast, when sharing the parents’ room.
 Kindly note that the extra bed is subject to availability and should be requested when booking.
 Double rooms for 1 adult and 1 child up to 11.99 years old will be sold at the double room rate, with any F&B supplements as the corresponding supplement.

NEW YEAR’S EVE SUPPLEMENT ON 31-DEC-25
 Half-board / Full-board will not be available on 31st December 2025.
 Should the New Year’s Eve Gala Night rates change, the Business Partner will be updated accordingly.
 Price includes all food and beverages during the Gala Night, Live Entertainment and the New Year’s party with countdown
 New Year’s Eve Gala Night program will be issued before 31st October 2025.
 A minimum stay of four 05 nights is mandatory during New Year’s Eve Peak Dates.

HONEYMOON SPECIAL IN-ROOM AMENITIES UPON ARRIVAL

Check-in and Check-out

 Check-in time is 15:00 hrs.
 Arrival time for each booking is required.
 For any arrivals before 15:00 hrs official check-in time, the room can be guaranteed by booking the night before on 50% of contracted rate.
 In the event of an early arrival without pre-booking, access to room(s) will only be offered depending on the hotel availability.
 Check-out time is 12:00 noon Abu Dhabi time; extended departures are subject to availability at the corresponding late check-out rate.
 A late check-out until 18:00 hrs will be at 50% of the rate and later than 18:00 hrs will incur a charge of 100% of the nightly room rate.
