The hotel is located in the northern part of Sunny Beach, some 300 m from the beach. There are restaurants, bars, clubs and public transport links nearby. Bourgas Airport is about 25 km away. The hotel consists of 5 floors and features a glass elevator, indoor restaurant, café, sky-bar and shops. There are a lot of green areas and beautiful corners surrounding the hotel. There are a total of 37 apartments at this aparthotel. Further facilities include 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, currency exchange, kids' club, Internet access, room service and a laundry service (for a fee). Guests arriving by car can leave there vehicle in the car park or garage. The elegant apartments are equipped with modern furniture, air conditioning, central heating, cable TV, a double bed, safe, fridge, minibar and kitchenette. All are en suite with a shower, bath and hairdryer. Guests also have a balcony or terrace at their disposal.
