• Cover Charge might be applied in A La Carte Restaurants.
• The Hotel reserves the right to close or to alter operating hours of the food & beverage or other outlets from time to time
depending on hotel occupancy or weather conditions or any other operational issues, and will have no liability in this regard.
• Guests will neither be refunded for any unconsumed meals nor difference in price.

» GENERAL POLICY:

• Rates are valid for individual booking and are not applicable to groups of 10 rooms or more.

• An additional Tourism Dirham fee of AED 20 per bedroom per night will be charged to the guest upon check-in and is subject to change by local authorities.

•  A deposit of extras of specified amount room per night will be charged to the guest upon check-in, for incidentals. The deposit is refundable upon check-out, if extras are not consumed.

• Minimum Length of Stay:

-Minimum Lenght of Stay is 4 Nights for arrivals between December 27, 2025 – January 05, 2026

- No check-out on 31 December 2025

• Check-in / Check-out Time:

Check-in time is from 15:00 hours. Access to rooms prior to this time will only be offered depending on availability of rooms
at the time of arrival. In order to guarantee early check-in, this must be stated on the reservation form and a one full night’
charge will apply.

Check-out time is 12:00 noon. 

ROOM OCCUPANCY, EXTRA BED & KIDS POLICY

• 1st Child 03-11.99 and 2nd Child 03-05.99 can stay free of charge with Extra Bed (Rollaway Bed/Sofa Bed). Once extra bed
is placed, space in the room will be limited and guests should be informed about the same at the time of booking
• 2nd Child 06-11.99 is chargeable as per Rate Sheet Page.
• Bedding provided consists of a roll-away bed and a sofa bed and baby cots (are suitable for infants of ages up to 2.99 inclusive)
