Check-in time earlier than 9:00 AM shall be booked from the previous day. Check-out until 6:00 PM shall be subject to 50% of the total room rate. Check-out after 6:00 PM shall be subject to a one night room rate.
- For early check in or late checkout that is paid by the hotel guest and not covered by the Tour Operator’s voucher, ''the Best Available Rate'' of the day will be applicable and paid directly by the guest securing rate confidentiality.

- Bed Type (King or Twin) and preference of smoking or non-smoking is subject to availability. 

- No check out allowed on 31st December.

 

CHILDREN POLICY:

• A child is defined as below 5.99 years old.
• Children below 5.99 years, sharing their parent’s room stay free of charge and on the same meal plan and existing bedding configuration. i.e. 1 adult & up to 2 infants = 1 single room & 2 adults up to 2 infants = 1 double room.
• A maximum of up to 2 children can stay free on BB basis with one mandantory extra bed.
• Please refer to the respective hotel contract to identify the maximum number of children that can share parent's room free of charge on existing bedding and supplement extra bedding charges.
• Baby cot will be provided on complimentary basis and subject to availability.
• Meals ordered a la carte will be charged at the published rates.
