GENERAL POLICY

The minimum length of stay of arrivals between 1st November 2025 – 31st October, 2027 (inclusive) is 2 nights.

Terms and Conditions for the Yas Island Theme Parks inclusion:

Details: Every registered room occupant will have access to Yas Theme Parks: one general admission ticket (valid for Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, Yas Waterworld, Warner Bros. World™ Abu Dhabi or SeaWorld Abu Dhabi) per person per night of the stay with a maximum of one park entry per day.

Booking Process: Park must pre-selected and reserved at the time of check in to maximize the opportunity of there being an available slot

Entry Criteria: 2-night’s stay – 2 entries per registered room occupant, 3-night’s stay – 3 entries per registered room occupant.

•Each Ticket will be valid for one redemption during the guest’s stay (including check-in and check-out day).

•Each Ticket may be redeemed by one person, for one entry to one of the following Theme Parks: Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, Yas Waterworld, Warner Bros. World™ Abu Dhabi, or SeaWorld Abu Dhabi.

•On rare occasions, a Theme Park may be closed to the public or operating on restricted entry rules (e.g. Ladies only). In this event, a guest will not be able to access a particular Theme Park Facility and will instead have to select an alternative.

•All Theme Parks have capacity restrictions and entry is on a first come first served basis.

•Tickets will be given to the hotel registered occupant only and may not be altered nor transferred to any other guest.

•Once booked, a Ticket entitlement may not be exchanged for other Ticket categories.

•Tickets must be used during the guests stay and entry validity cannot be extended.

•Yas Island transportation will be provided to and from Theme Parks on a pre-arranged schedule.

•The WB Abu Dhabi, Curio Collection by Hilton may change the terms and conditions of entry to a Theme Park Facility with 48 hours’ notice

•The WB Abu Dhabi, Curio Collection by Hilton All existing bookings shall be honored.

•The WB Abu Dhabi, Curio Collection by Hilton shall have the right to terminate this Agreement immediately if the other party is in breach of clauses.

•No commission applies to the Tickets.

•Tickets will be issued upon guest’s check in.

•No show, late cancellation and early departure charges will be applicable.

•The WB Abu Dhabi, Curio Collection by Hilton bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to guests’ personal belongings, and any personal belongings are brought to a Leisure Facility at the guests’ own risk.

•Enhanced theme park package is available.

•Force Majeure: The WB Abu Dhabi, Curio Collection by Hilton will not be liable for failing or delaying performance of its obligations resulting from any condition beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to, governmental action, acts of terrorism, earthquake, fire, flood or other acts of God, labour conditions, power failures, provided it gives prompt written notice to the other Party. Neither Party shall be in breach of this Agreement nor liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations under this Agreement if such delay or failure results from a Force Majeure Event.

•The hotel reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion at any time.

CHILDREN POLICY

The Hotel’s Child Policy applies with regards to accommodation and meals for the whole duration of the contract.

Children up to the age of 11.99 years are accommodated for free and on the same board basis as adults when sharing their parents’ room without an extra bed.

One adult sharing a room with one or two children aged up to 11.99 years (inclusive) will pay the applicable double room rate with breakfast included.

The above promotion is applicable for up to two kids per bedroom, maximum room occupancies apply.

Kids of 12 years old and above are considered as an adult.
