TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Travel period from 2-January-2025 to 1-January-2026

Children Policy: 
No charge for children under 5.99 when occupying same room as adult(s) and using existing beds in rooms and share booked parents meal plan Free of cost. Children aged 6.00 – 11.99 are charged 50% of the meal plan supplement.
Extra Adult Person Charge: Rates are for single/double occupancy only. Each additional person will be charged extra charges per day on Bed & Breakfast basis per day, with a maximum of 1 additional adult per room. Extra person rate is inclusive of rollaway bed..
Rollaway Beds: Hotel provides rollaway beds with extra charges per day.

For bookings with 2 adults and 2 children, booking one extra bed is mandatory. Should the family wish to have individual bedding per person, a maximum of 2 extra beds can be accommodated in the room at an extra charge.
Due to the size of Wonderful, Spectacular Rooms, placing 2 extra beds will reduce the free space of the room

Additional bedding must be booked at the time of reservation and should be mentioned in the booking request in order to
guarantee availability.

Complimentary access to Yas Beach Club, which is 5 minutes away by scheduled shuttle bus. Guests have complimentary sun lounger and parasol.
Open track days for walking and cycling at Yas Marina Circuit, subject to availability.
Complimentary transfers via Yas Express shuttle bus to the leisure facilities of Yas Island, such as Ferrari World, Yas Waterworld, Warner Bros. World, Sea world Abu Dhabi, CLYMB, Yas Links 18-hole golf course, Yas Mall and Yas Marina. Please check the schedule upon arrival.
Complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.
Complimentary access to WET Deck and FIT Gym.
Complimentary two hour access in the Kids Zone.
Honeymoon Amenities. Couples celebrating their honeymoon or anniversary will receive a complimentary cake delivered to their room; provided that the Hotel has been notified 24 hours prior to the guest’s arrival.
The Hotel reserves the right to ask for proof of authenticity

CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT TIME: 
Check-in time is 15:00 
check-out time is 12:00. 
All guests arriving before 15:00 will be accommodated as rooms become available. Baggage may be checked-in for those arriving early if rooms are unavailable.

Breakfast can be consumed in our multi hub dining destination Garage Restaurant.
Half Board and Half Board Plus Supplements include a set menu for lunch or dinner in Garage Restaurant.
Promotional discounts do not apply on meal supplements.
Half Board Plus includes two hours of unlimited selected alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages during lunch or Dinner per adult per meal at Garage Restaurant.
Alcoholic beverages may only be served to adults 21 years old and above. Non-alcoholic beverages will be served to guests who are below 21 years old.
The Hotel reserves the right to amend the participating restaurants and will officially communicate changes to the Company.
Restaurant reservations for any meal are subject to availability at the time of booking. Advance reservations are highly recommended. Above Meal Supplements do not apply during Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.

FESTIVE MEAL SUPPLEMENTS:
Christmas Lunch Supplement and New Year’s Eve Dinner Supplement applies on top of the Half Board or Half Board Plus Supplement.
Christmas Lunch is optional for Bed and Breakfast, Half Board and Half Board Plus bookings.
New Year’s Eve Dinner credit of AED 650 per person is Mandatory for house beverage package. This credit can be consumed at Garage, prior reservations need to be made and all reservations are subject to availability.
The rates are per adult per day and inclusive of services charge and taxes, levies, dues or fees imposed by any governmental authority.
Percentage discounts do not apply on Festive Meal supplements.

FORMULA 1®: 
Full Terms and Conditions for Formula 1® Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2025 are to be confirmed and will be communicated by the Hotel.
Formula 1® rates to be communicated at a later stage and contracted rates or Promo rates will not apply during these dates
Grand Prix dates are subject to change without prior notice. Hotel will not be held responsible for change of Formula 1® dates
Mandatory Formula 1® Access Pass per person per stay applies and is incorporated in the room rate. The rate is subject to change as instructed by Formula 1® Management.
Room Rates are based on double occupancy per room per night.
Formula 1® Half Board is inclusive of lunch or dinner indoor seating at selected restaurants and is excluding brunch.
Alcoholic beverages may only be served to adults 21 years old and above.

Extra Person Rate is inclusive of breakfast and extra bed.
Special requests including bed type, room location, or specific view are subject to availability upon arrival and cannot be guaranteed.
Once the reservation is confirmed, name changes are not permitted.
Rates and availability are subject to change until receipt of payment has been confirmed by the Hotel.
100% non-refundable deposit is due 14 days from the time of booking or from the time an invoice is issued. If full payment is not received hotel reserves the right to cancel the bookings if payment is not received.
Credit facilities cannot be used for Formula 1® bookings.
All payments are non-refundable. No refund will be issued in case of cancellation or no show.
Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer (see details below), or cash directly at the Hotel.
For credit card payment, a payment link from Network International with all instructions to follow will be sent to the Company’s email. In case of bank transfer, a transfer receipt along with the confirmation number must be sent to the Hotel. In the event that payment confirmation is not received, the Hotel reserves the right to release the reservation without prior notice.

All – Inclusive includes free flow of selected alcoholic house beverages and non-alcoholic beverage served at Garage, Brooklyn Chop House, Pappas and Wet deck (Drinks only). Drinks service starts from 12:30 hrs. until 22:00 hrs. Beverage list will be provided at the participating restaurants. Guest needs to check the specific timing of the restaurants upon check in.
