This aparthotel is situated in the very centre of Dubrovnik Old City, only a few steps away from many historical and cultural attractions. The famous beach Banje is only 10 minutes' walk away. The main bus station is about 2 km away and Dubrovnik Airport is approximately 22 km away.The 5 air-conditioned apartments at this aparthotel were built in 1500 and renovated in 2009. They are a perfect union of the past and present. Sensitive restoration seamlessly blends with imaginative contemporary design to ensure the building retains its unique character. Common lounge areas offer more space and there are also laundry facilities which might be useful for longer stays. There is hotel safe for the storage of valuables, and Internet access is available for a fee.Offering period character with a contemporary twist, each of the en suite apartments is individually designed and furnished. All apartments are fully equipped to meet every expectation. They each have an en suite bathroom with a large bathtub with a massage shower and a hairdryer. Rooms are furnished with double beds and feature LCD TV sets with satellite channels, DVD players, direct dial telephones, radios, Internet access and safes. A kitchenette with all the necessary kitchen appliances including a mini fridge and a microwave is also provided. Furthermore, a washing machine, an ironing set, air conditioning and individually regulated heating are standard.Leisure options include sailing, and there are sun loungers and parasols at the beach.Upon entering Dubrovnik, follow the signs for Dubrovnik Old City. Once in the Old City take the main street Stradun and turn right at Siroka Ulica and left at Od Puca Street.
