This apartment hotel is situated in the resort area "Playa Paraiso", approximately 250 m away from the sea. There is an array of shopping and entertainment venues in the area surrounding the hotel. The centre of "Playa de las Américas" lies around 14 km away (on work days a free hotel bus service as well as a public bus service, for an additional fee, travel there). There is a bus stop located around 800 m from the complex. The transfer time to the airport from southern Tenerife takes around 40 minutes.Built in 1993, the complex comprises a total of 224 apartments spread over 18 floors. Guests are offered use of a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a lounge area, a boutique, a bar, a restaurant with a large terrace as well as lifts. Room service is available on request. Younger guests will also find a children's playground in the grounds.The welcoming apartments and studios include an integrated living room/ bedroom, an en suite bathroom, a fully equipped bathroom, a direct dial telephone, a TV, a hire safe and a balcony. The apartments also feature a separate bedroom.In the hotel grounds, guests will find a freshwater pool as well as a sun terrace with parasols, sun loungers and a snack bar. For an additional fee guests may use the hotel's 2 tennis courts, with floodlights. The hotel also offers it's own volleyball/ basketball court, a gym and a sauna. Close to the hotel, guests may take advantage of the diving courses on offer in the local diving schools.
