An early check-in request needs to be booked in advance and is subject to availability. It will be re-confirmed in writing to the agency.

 Check-out time: 12.00 hrs Late check-out is subject to availability and chargeable accordingly to the hotel’s policy and paid by the guest directly to the hotel.

Health Club, Sauna, Pool : Free of charge for hotel guests. Children under the age of 16 years require supervision whilst using these facilities.

Shopping Mall Transfers : The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle bus at specific timings to shopping malls. This service is subject to Hotel discretion and subject to change.

EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY:

Regardless of early departure of a particular reservation, all originally booked room nights (whether or not consumed) of such reservation will be billed to you. No refunds will be provided for early departure.
