On the South coast of Kefalonia surrounded by an all-green beautiful landscape if where you will find “Villa Felicity”.
“Villa Felicity” is situated on the outskirts of “Svoronata” village. "Svoronata" is a traditional Kefalonian village on the South part of the island. It is considered a 'summerhouse spot'' with many old mansions and houses of distinctive luxurious architectural style spread into the rural all-green landscape.
A short walk away from the hotel, guests can reach "Ammes" beach, a golden-sand beach of stunning beauty. "Ammes" beach is a 20 minute walk apprx from the accommodation.
"Ai Helis" & "Avithos" are other noted beaches in close proximity. The capital the island, "Argostoli", is a 15 minute drive apprx from the accommodation.

“Villa Felicity” is a beautifully appointed, elegantly designed and decorated villa in the area of “Svoronata”.
“Villa Felicity” is equipped according to the current standards and has the following features: Private Entrance, Outdoor shower, Central Air Conditioning, Ceilings Fan lights (all bedrooms), Washer/ dryer/ iron and iron board, TV.
Outside can be found the Private Outdoor swimming pool, Outdoor Jacuzzi spa, B.B.Q setting and Private covered parking area.
Concerning sightseeing, the sights of the Island are countless and of distinct beauty. Spots of interest that guests can visit at close driving distance include: "Saint George’s" Venetian castle and the "Ecclesiastical Byzantine Museum of Saint Andreas".
