Half Board

Half Board supplement is considered on either Lunch or Dinner with water only, excluding breakfast.

Full Board

Full Board supplement is considered on Lunch and Dinner with water only, excluding breakfast

T&C and Dining Options:

• Any room service will be charged at full price directly to the guest.
• All meals for half or full board will be either set menu, buffet or dining credit at hotel’s discretion.
• Food items taken outside the set menu, aside from the buffet or in another outlet will be charged accordingly.
• The guest will not be reimbursed for the unconsumed meal plan nor will the hotel reimburse the difference.

Half Board and Full Board can be availed at one of the following restaurants:
• Publiq European Bistro – Set menu at brasserie-style fare in a jovial, unpretentious manner, celebrating the classics that have stood the test of time.
• Purani Dilli – Set Menu at Indian restaurant offering flavors of Delhi's grand past in its most authentic form.
• Charlie’s Pub – Set Menu at traditional pub featuring delicious comfort food.

Christmas and New Year T&C

• Half board booking on 24th December can be availed lunch only.
• Full board booking on 24th December is considered to be on HB plus one of the Christmas Eve Dinner supplement options.
• Half board booking on 25th December can be availed dinner only.
• Full board booking on 25th December is considered to be on HB plus one of the Christmas Day Lunch supplement options.
• Half board booking on 31st December can be availed lunch only.
• Full board booking on 31st December is considered to be on HB plus one of the New Year’s Eve Dinner supplement options.

We recommend that for arrivals between 01:00 and 15:00, a room is booked from the previous night. Should the guest not require a previous night booking, but wish to occupy the room before the official check-in time, an extra charge (subject to the hotel’s occupancy) will apply. An early check-in request needs to be booked in advance and is subject to availability. It will be re-confirmed in writing to the agency.
• Check-out time: 12.00 hrs
Late check-out is subject to availability and chargeable accordingly to the hotel’s policy and paid by the guest directly to the hotel.

Business King/Twin Suite: 55 sq. meters
• Can accommodate 2 adults and up to 2 children (max 11.99 years old) or 3 adults.

• Separate living room and bedroom, spacious coffee counter, upgraded amenities.
One Bedroom Suite: 75 sq. meters
One bedroom suites feature a master bedroom with a king size Four Comfort Bed and en-suite bathroom.
• Can accommodate 2 adults and up to two (02) children (max. 11.99 years old) on existing bedding or 3 adults.
• It is possible to place one (01) extra bed in this room type.

Two Bedroom Suite: 150 sq. meters
Two bedroom suites feature a master bedroom with a King sized Four Comfort bed and en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with two single beds with a dedicated bathroom, and a separate guest toilet.
• Can accommodate 4 adults and up to two (02) children (max. 11.99 years old) on existing bedding.
• It is possible to place one (01) extra bed in this room type.

Three Bedroom Suite: 190 sq. meters
Three bedroom suites feature The master bedroom features a Queen-sized Four Comfort Bed™ with an ensuite bathroom. The other bedrooms feature a queen-sized and two single beds and have dedicated bathrooms. The suite also offers a separate guest toilet and a maid’s room. Up to two rollaway beds can be placed in the suite, allowing 7 people per suite.
• Can accommodate 7 adults and up to two (02) children (max. 11.99 years old) on existing bedding.
• It is possible to place one (01) extra bed in this room type.
