"Grand Blue Beach Residences", is a unique group of self-catering units located at the south part of the beautiful "Paliki" peninsula and more specifically at the area of the stunning "Xi" beach.
This amazing accommodation complex is ideal for all guests who want to spend their time by the sea the beach is literally at the bottom of the garden area. Simply opening the door of your suite or apartment, walk along the beautiful wooden pathway to the end of the garden and walk straight onto your very own secluded sandy cove.
"Xi beach" is a long beach, noted for the aquamarine waters & unique color of its sand. This beach is consisted of fine grained coppertoned sand giving a unique look to the area. "Paliki" is a rural area with charming villages surrounded by unique & utterly beautiful nature landscapes. "Lixouri" - the main town of the peninsula & second largest city of the island - is within a 15-min drive apprx from the establishment and the capital of the island "Argostoli" is within a 50 min drive apprx. "Lixouri" is also connected to "Argostoli" on a daily basis with ferry boats.

"Grand Blue Beach Residences" is a stunning property complex consisted mainly of suites and having also one two-bedroom apartment. It is partly surrounded by a large well-kept garden and is on the waterfront of the amazing "Xi" beach.
The units are designed and decorated in simple, yet modern & elegant style oozing luxury - all to ensure a relaxed & delightful stay. All units are equipped according to the current standards and among their main features are: bathroom, air conditioning, free WI-FI, a kitchenette, a hairdryer, a kettle, a TV and terrace or balcony. The property also has sunbeds available to its guests, a parking lot and the surrounding area has wooden paths to stroll around the property and to reach the amazing beach.

In a radius of 5-10min drive apprx from the accommodation one can find places of entertainment as well as bars & restaurants. Also, concerning sightseeing, the sights of the Island are countless & of distinct beauty. Wandering around the peninsula of Paliki, and in the island in general a traveler can visit rural villages, sights of cultural & natural significance and many other points of interest.
