OPENING JUNE 2019 Facing the sea in Playa Paraíso, the H10 Atlantic Sunset is a brand new five-star resort with a modern and bright interior design. It has spectacular rooms, large swimming pools, one of them with an exclusive water games area for children, a wide range of dining options, a Despacio Spa Centre, Privilege, Exclusive Rooms and Services and a full entertainment programme for the whole family. ***** The hotel have experienced some issues with the paint of the splash park and need to paint as soon as possible. That means a total closure of the splash park. Paint works will be carried out from Monday 17th of November to Friday 5th of December 2025, from 9 AM to 5 PM without any problem of noise.****

Playa de las Americas is 15 km from the hotel, while Los Cristianos is 14 km away. The nearest airport is Tenerife Sur Airport and is located 28 km from the hotel.

o If the booking is cancelled with more than 7 days before the arrival, no penalty;

o If the booking is cancelled between 7 and 4 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 1 night as a penalty;

o If the booking is cancelled between 4 and 1 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 2 nights as a penalty,

o If the booking is cancelled with 24 hours before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.

o If the booking is cancelled between 15 and 8 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 1 night as a penalty;

o If the booking is cancelled with 7 days before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.
