This hotel is located in the centre of Santiago, at the entrance to the city district with the most monuments and historical sites. The hotel lies on the historical 'English Way'. It is just 500 m from the nearest restaurants. The bus and train stations are 1 km and 4 km from the hotel, respectively, and Santiago de Compostela Airport is just 11 km away.Renovated in 2008, this charming design establishment features impressive, impeccable furnishings and a lighting concept specially developed for the hotel. The communal areas available include a variety of settings: a social lounge, a TV lounge, a glass pavilion with views of the garden and the patio with its pond and fragrant climbing plants. The simplicity of the façade, fully respected during the renovation work on the building, provides a stark contrast to the contemporary interiors. The restoration of the building was the work of prestigious architect Iago Seara Morales and responds to the criteria of the modern, contemporary age with an eye, above all, to the requirements of efficiency and functionality. Facilities on offer to guests include a lobby and lift access, as well as a restaurant, WLAN Internet access and a laundry service.All rooms are exterior-facing and enjoy views of the Convent of Saint Clare or of the garden patio. They each come with a private bathroom with Carrara marble surfaces and washbasins and stainless-steel wall-fitted faucets. Guests can choose between a bathtub and a large shower, and each room is also equipped with a double bed, a flat-screen TV, a telephone, Internet access, background music, central heating and a hairdryer. The exclusively designed and integrated furniture is made of solid wood.
