HOTEL The hotel has a total of 188 apartments. The 2-storey hotels facilities include a reception with 24-hour service, a pub, a supermarket, a TV room, a playground and a public Internet terminal. The air-conditioned restaurant invites guests to enjoy some splendid cuisine. Laundry services round off the services available. LOCATION Located in the residential area of Torviscas Alto, this apartment hotel lies close to the centre, 10 minutes walk from Playa Fanabe and 10 minutes by bus to Playa de las Americas. A bathing bay is situated around 800 m from the hotel. The shopping centre Gran Sur, at only 50 m, offers a cinema, restaurants, bars and different shops. ROOM The welcoming apartments include an integrated living room/bedroom, a separate bedroom, an en suite bathroom with a shower, a telephone, satellite TV, a kitchenette, a fridge, a hire safe and a balcony or terrace. The rooms adapted for disabled guests have roll-in showers. ADITIONAL Guests may choose their breakfast, lunch or evening meals from individual buffets. The programme and timetable for all-inclusive stays will be presented to guests on arrival. SPORT In the large hotel grounds guests will find a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols, a big swimming pool, a childrens paddling pool and a pool bar. Guests may play a game of tennis, table tennis, volleyball, basketball, mini football or squash. Also available is an evening programme and live shows. REMARK Guests should bear in mind that the general area surrounding the hotel is difficult for wheelchair users. PAYMENT American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard and VISA cards are all accepted as methods of payment.
