International House of Journalists is set amidst its own beautiful park-botanical garden, 200 metres away from the large beach Kabakum in the peaceful Chaika area. The 45 decares-park is suitable for many sports activities as well as for various recreational therapies. On site there is an outdoor pool with sun loungers and parasols available free of charge. Free WiFi is available in all areas and free parking is offered. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, minifridge, TV set with cable channels, telephone, balcony and a bathroom with a shower. The centre of Golden Sands is reachable within 3 km, where there is an abundance of night life, bars, restaurants and shops. The bus stop with regular services to Varna and Golden Sands is just a few steps from the hotel.
