ARCHITECTURE

The hotel is stone-built based on Cretan village architecture, integrated with harmony into the island’s natural environment.

All structures are facing the north, thus facilitating the natural air flow.

The bungalows are spread amidst colorful gardens containing local plants and flowers that add freshness to the microclimate and allow rainwater to reach the soil.

Breakwater to prevent erosion and damage by wave action, contributing to the increase of marine life in the area.

YEFSIS BUFFET RESTAURANT

Delicious dishes with a stunning sea view to top. ″Yefsis″ is the main buffet restaurant of Knossos Beach where you can start your day with a Cretan cuisine or American breakfast on buffet style, and continue enjoying your time with the minute made specialties for your dinner. Gourmet lovers and connoisseurs will relish the delicious appetizers from the Greek and international cuisine. All our meals are cooked exclusively with Cretan virgin olive oil.
