Lassù Retreat is a boutique resort consisting of three autonomous luxury residences, uniquely located in the picturesque village of Zola, in the very heart of Kefalonia. Thanks to this privileged position, guests enjoy easy and convenient access to the charms of Argostoli, the attractions of Lixouri, and the cosmopolitan allure of Fiskardo.Perched amphitheatrically with unobstructed sea views, Lassù overlooks the beaches of Agia Kyriaki and Vouti, while to its left hides the magical beach of Fteri. On the horizon you can spot the charming village of Assos and the world-famous Myrtos beach, with the island of Lefkada beyond. This idyllic landscape offers a haven of relaxation and tranquility while also serving as a base for exploration. Hidden trails nearby invite hiking enthusiasts to discover secret beaches like Fteri, forgotten chapels, and unique natural paths. The retreat features two luxurious two-bedroom duplex villas (Avithos and Atheras), each accommodating up to six guests and each with its own private pool, as well as one ultra-luxurious open-plan residence for two guests (Fteri), with a private Outdoor Spa. With a minimal architectural approach and modern linear design, Lassù harmoniously blends ultimate luxury with its natural surroundings, leaving guests with memories they will never forget.

All Room Rates includeVAT of 13%.

The Climate Resilience fee 2€ per room per night is not included in the prices at the time of the booking, and will becollected  on the spot upon Check-in.

POLICIES

Request Blockage: For each booking request approved by theHotelier, the requested Unit(s) will be blocked for 48 hours unless, inexceptional circumstances, some different timing is agreed. After 48 hours, therequest is invalidated and must be resubmitted to avoid double bookings.

Deposit Requirement: A 30% deposit is required to confirm anyreservation. This deposit is Non-Refundable, even in cases of force majeure.

 Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid 2 (two) months before thearrival date. For bookings made less than two months in advance, full paymentis required at the time of booking, and no deposit is needed. In both cases,once made the payments are Non-Refundable.

 Late Payment: If anybooking is not fully paid according to the timelines above, Lassu Retreatreserve the right to unilaterally cancel the agreement, without any financialor other claims against them.

Accommodation Issues: In the event of a serious issuepreventing guest accommodation, and if the issue cannot be resolved within 24hours, guests may be transferred to another property of the same, or higher,quality standard. Minor issues or those caused by factors beyond theAccommodation’s control, are not grounds for relocation.

Damages: Any damages caused by the guest will be theirresponsibility and the accommodation will be compensated by the client forrepairs or replacements.

Force Majeure: In case advance payment shave been made by the Company, they shall be refunded without compensation if the Force Majeure is declared up to 1 month prior to arrival date. If the Force Majeure declaration takes place within a month prior to arrival date, all payments become non-refundable.
