MINIMUM AGE
Minimum age of 21 years (as per UAE law) or above is required for a stay at the Hotel, unless minors are accompanied by parents or another legal adult guardian.
RAMADAN & RELIGIOUS HOLIDAYS
Information about services during the Holy Month of Ramadan will be given closer to the date.
The Company is obliged to inform all clients about the Ramadan and other Islamic holiday restrictions and guidelines that may apply at the time of the booking.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT POLICY
Check-in time is from 15:00 hours.
Access to rooms prior to this time will only be offered depending on availability of rooms at the time of arrival.
In order to guarantee early check-in, this must be stated on the reservation form and a one full night’ charge will apply.
Kindly indicate the approximate arrival time for each booking.
Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
Late check-out may be arranged by the Hotel, subject to Hotel availability.
Check-out between 12.00 Hrs and 18.00 Hrs: 50% of regular FIT contracted rate
Check-out after 18.00 Hrs: 100% of the nightly room rate
In order to guarantee late check-outs, this must be stated on the reservation form, with applicable charges. Kindly indicate the approximate departure time for each booking
NEW YEAR BOOKINGS
Minimum length of stay is 3 Nights for arrivals between December 30, 2027– January 01, 2028 (inclusive)
Check-out is not allowed on the December 31, 2027
CHILDREN POLICY
• Children and extra adult are charged an additional supplement per night as per below policy.
• Children as from 12 years old and above are considered and charged as adults
