All the above quoted rates are in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE per room per night.

Tourism Dirham Fees are not included and will be charged directly to guests upon check in.

CHILD MEAL POLICY.

Children Supplement (from 0 to 5.99 years old) Free of charge

Children Supplement (from 6 to 11.99 years old) Half of adult supplement.

• Children as from 12 years old and above are considered and charged as adults 

• MINIMUM AGE

Minimum age of 21 years (as per UAE law) or above is required for a stay at the Hotel, unless minors are accompanied by parents or another legal adult guardian.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT POLICY

 Check-in time is from 15:00 hours.

 early check-in, this must be stated on the reservation form and a one full night’ charge will apply

 Kindly indicate the approximate arrival time for each booking

Check-out time is 12:00 noon.

Late check-out may be arranged by the Hotel, subject to Hotel availability.

Check-out between 12.00 Hrs and 18.00 Hrs: 50% of regular FIT contracted rate

Check-out after 18.00 Hrs: 100% of the nightly room rate

ROLLAWAY POLICY AND MAXIMUM CAPACITY

• Maximum of one (1) rollaway bed can be provided in rooms. Extra bed must be pre-booked at the time of reservation and is subject to availability.
• Baby Cribs and rollaway beds are provided based on availability and must be requested at the time of the reservation. Rates quoted above are per person, per night.

HALF BOARD / FULL BOARD SUPPLEMENT

• Half Board & Full Board is available for Lunch or Dinner at MAMA (set menu), Lobby (Set Menu)
• Guests will neither be refunded for any unconsumed meals nor difference in price

NAME CHANGE

No name change is allowed after the booking is confirmed. Name change request is considered as a cancellation. New bookings are subject to availability and new rates valid at the time of booking.

• No name or date changes will be possible after the booking.

Minimum stay of 3 (three) consecutive nights is required during stays between December 30, 2026 – January 01, 2027.

-Check-in time is +15:00 hours
-Access to rooms prior to this time will only be offered depending on availability of rooms at the time of arrival. In order to guarantee early check-in, this must be stated on the reservation form and a one full night’ charge will apply.
- Check-out time is 12:00 hours
-Charges will apply for late check out

CHILDREN POLICY:
Children are considered from 0 to 11.99 years old
Children from 0 to 5.99 years old can stay free of charge when sharing with parents in existing bedding in the same room.
Extra Bed and Meals are chargeable for children between 6 to 11.99.
Baby Cribs are provided based on availability and must be requested at the time of the reservation.
Children 12 years old and above are considered adults.

AMENITIES FOR SPECIAL OCCASSIONS:
Guests celebrating special occasions (Birthday, Honeymoon, Anniversary etc.) will receive special amenities in the room Proof of authenticity is required upon booking/arrival.
