Half Board and Full Board meals are available at MaMa Restaurant (set menu), Trattoria (Set Menu), Sky pool (Set Menu).
Guests will neither be refunded for any unconsumed meals nor difference in price

MINIMUM LENGTH OF STAY:
Minimum stay of 3 (three) consecutive nights is required during stays between December 30, 2026 – January 01, 2027 & December 30, 2027 – January 01, 2028.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIME:
-Check-in time is +15:00 hours
-Access to rooms prior to this time will only be offered depending on availability of rooms at the time of arrival. In order to guarantee early check-in, this must be stated on the reservation form and a one full night’ charge will apply.
- Check-out time is 12:00 hours
-Charges will apply for late check out
CHILDREN POLICY:
Children are considered from 0 to 11.99 years old
Children from 0 to 5.99 years old can stay free of charge when sharing with parents in existing bedding in the same room.
Extra Bed and Meals are chargeable for children between 6 to 11.99.
Baby Cribs are provided based on availability and must be requested at the time of the reservation.
Children 12 years old and above are considered adults.
AMENITIES FOR SPECIAL OCCASSIONS:
Guests celebrating special occasions (Birthday, Honeymoon, Anniversary etc.) will receive special amenities in the room Proof of authenticity is required upon booking/arrival.
