Terms & Conditions
a. The contracted room rates are per room, per night and are inclusive of the current 10% Service Charge, 7% Municipality Fee and 5% Value Added Tax (“VAT”)
b. The above rates are non-commissionable and inclusive of buffet breakfast at ‘All day dining’ restaurant for all guests accommodated in the same room/ suite
c. The Tourism Dirham Fee – implemented by the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing – of AED 20 per bedroom, per night is payable by the guest upon departure
d. To the extent that there is an introduction or increase in any taxes, including but not limited to Value Added Tax (“VAT”), Municipality Fees or Service Charges, at any time during the term, the hotel reserves the right to increase the rates and any other rates, fees or charges under this contract accordingly, regardless of whether or not a confirmed booking has already been made
e. The above contracted rates apply to bookings of 9 or less rooms. A request of 10 rooms or more will be considered a group request and different rates, terms & conditions will be negotiated
Meal Plan:
a. The above rates are inclusive of buffet breakfast which can be availed in ‘All day Dining’ only for all guests, except for Club Rooms and Suite guests, who can choose to have breakfast either at ‘All day Dining’ or in the ‘Club Lounge’
Club Lounge:
a. All guests accommodated in Club Superior Room, Club Room and any of our Suite categories will have access to The Club Lounge and the following benefits:
i. Breakfast (07:00 – 11:00)
ii. Afternoon Delight (14:00 – 16:00)
iii. Evening Drinks and Canapes (17:00 – 19:00)
Timings are subject to change
New Year’s Eve Policy:
a. No departure on the 31st of December 2025
b. Gala dinner is not compulsory; however, guests can book a preferred venue for New Year’s Eve Dinner at designated venues
c. Gala Dinner must be prepaid to guarantee the table
Check-in/ Check-out Policy:
a. The official check-in time is 15:00 hours Dubai Time
b. The official check-out time is 12:00 hours Dubai Time
c. Early Check-in and Late Check-out will be subject to availability on the day. To guarantee an early arrival, it is required to pre-book the room for one additional night
d. A Late Check-out can be confirmed at an extra charge of 50% off the room rate until 18:00 hours Dubai time
e. A Late Check-out after 18:00 hours Dubai Time can be confirmed by booking an additional night
f. Availability for Late Check-out must be checked through Mandarin Oriental’s reservations department
Early Departures Policy:
a. Guests departing earlier than their confirmed departure date will be charged 100% of their booked period
Amendment Policy:
