TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR 2026 - 2027

Stay Dates: 5 January 2026 to 4 January 2027

MEAL INFORMATION:

• Please see the below meal plan options available in the hotel:

a. Buffet breakfast which can be availed only at ‘Breakfast on the 36th’ for all guests, except for Club Rooms and Suite guests, who can choose to have breakfast either at ‘Breakfast on the 36th’ or in the ‘Club Lounge’.

b. Half Board supplement is inclusive of a choice of lunch/dinner at participating restaurants of either Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai or Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai. Supplement rate applies for children between 4 – 11.99 years old, and infants/toddler from 0 – 3.99 years old dine for free.

• The Half Board benefit is available across the following restaurants: Yù & Mì, Chitarra, and Noia by the Pool at Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai; and Noor Lounge, Sun Vibe, Netsu by Ross Shonhan, Tasca by José Avillez and The Bay at Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai.

• Mandarin Oriental is not responsible for transportation between the two hotels; guests are kindly requested to arrange their own travel should they wish to dine at the alternate property.

• Half Board meals must be consumed daily and cannot be accumulated, transferred, or redeemed on another day.

• The Half Board benefit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be shared or extended to other guests.

• All guests staying in the same room must be on the same meal plan.

• Beverages are not included in the Half Board supplement.

• The Half Board benefit is not applicable for In-Room Dining, The Club Lounge, The Lobby Lounge, or special event menus.

• Blackout dates may apply during special events at the discretion of the hotel.

• Restaurant inclusions, opening days, and operating hours are subject to change without prior notice.

• Supplement charges may apply during seasonal periods.

• Should guests select dishes not included in the Half Board menu, the applicable supplement will be chargeable.

• Advance bookings are highly recommended to ensure preferred dining times and restaurant availability.

New Year’s Eve Policy:

* A minimum length of stay of 4 nights applies for any bookings with the stay period between 27 th December 2026 – 31st December 2026

* No departure is permitted on the 31st of December 2026

* Gala Dinner must be prepaid to guarantee the table

Festive Season

Christmas / New Year Gala Special Dinner are subject to additional supplement.

The Tourism Dirham Fee implemented by the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing, amounting to AED 20 per bedroom, per night is payable by the guest upon departure.

No name change is allowed once booking has been confirmed by the hotel

The above contracted rates apply to bookings of 9 or less rooms. A request of 10 rooms or more will be considered a group request and different rates, terms & conditions will be negotiated.

* No-Show Policy:

No-Shows will be charged at 100% on the total value of booking across all seasons

* Early Departures Policy:

Guests departing earlier than their confirmed departure date will be charged 100% of their booked period

* Check-in/ Check-out Policy:

a. The official check-in time is 15:00 hours Dubai Time

b. The official check-out time is 12:00 hours Dubai Time

c. Early Check-in and Late Check-out will be subject to availability on the day of; to guarantee an early arrival, it is required to pre-book the room for one additional night

d. A Late Check-out can be confirmed at an extra charge of 50% off the room rate until 18:00 hours (Dubai time)

e. A Late Check-out after 18:00 hours (Dubai Time) can be confirmed by booking an additional night

f. Availability for Late Check-out must be checked through Mandarin Oriental’s Reservations department

CHILDREN POLICY:

Extra Bed and Children Policy:

a. Superior Rooms, Premier Rooms, Deluxe Rooms, Club Rooms with either King Bed or Twin Bed configuration can accommodate up to two adults and one child up to the age of 11.9 years old, at no extra charge and inclusive of breakfast on existing bedding. Alternatively, three adults (12 years and above) can be accommodated at an extra person rate daily with buffet breakfast.

b. Mandarin Rooms and Junior Suites can accommodate up to two adults and two children up to the age of 11.9 years old, at no extra charge and inclusive of breakfast and one extra bed. Alternatively, three adults (12 years and above) can be accommodated at an extra person rate daily with buffet breakfast.

c. One Bedroom Suites and Mandarin One Bedroom Suites can accommodate up to two adults and two children up to the age of 11.9 years old, at no extra charge and inclusive of breakfast and two extra beds. Alternatively, three adults (12 years and above) can be accommodated at an extra person rate daily with buffet breakfast.

d. Two Bedroom Suites can accommodate up to four adults and two children up to the age of 11.9 years old, at no extra charge and inclusive of breakfast and two extra bed. Alternatively, five adults (12 years and above) can be accommodated at an extra person rate daily with buffet breakfast.
