The above rates are inclusive of buffet breakfast for two persons per room/suite. Breakfast is included for four persons staying in the Two Bedroom Sea View Suite and the Two Bedroom Premier Sea View Suite
Meal Plan :
The above rates are inclusive of buffet breakfast which can be availed in ‘The Bay’ only for all guests, except for Club Rooms and Suite guests, who can choose to have breakfast either at ‘The Bay’ or in the ‘Club Lounge’
The meal plan can be upgraded to Half Board for lunch or dinner at an extra charge of AED 280 per adult, per day and AED 140 per child, per day (4-11.99 years), inclusive of Municipality Fees, Service Charge and VAT
Half Board is defined as lunch or dinner for all guests accommodated in the same room/ suite and entitles each guest to a three-course meal (starter, main course, dessert) exclusive of beverages from a set menu
Guests may avail their Half Board entitlement for lunch or dinner in “The Bay” only
All meal supplements are non-commissionable, and the hotel reserves the right to revise the Food and Beverage prices and offerings during the validity of the contract
Club Lounge
All guests accommodated in Club Superior Room, Club Deluxe Skyline View Room, Club Deluxe Sea View Room and any of our Suite categories will have access to The Club Lounge and the following benefits:
Breakfast (08:00 – 12:00)*
Afternoon Tea (14:30 – 16:00)*
Skyline Cocktail (17:00 – 19:00)*

New Year’s Eve Policy:
Gala dinner is not compulsory; however, guests can book a preferred venue for New Year’s Eve Dinner at either The Bay, Netsu or Tasca
Gala Dinner has to be prepaid to guarantee the table
Early Departures Policy:
Guests departing earlier than their confirmed departure date will be charged 100% of their booked period.
Amendment Policy:
Changes in date or duration at any time during the cancellation period will result in the booking being cancelled and a new booking being made subject to availability and rate at the time
No name change is allowed once booking has been confirmed by the hotel
Check-in/ Check-out Policy:
The official check-in time is 15:00 hours Dubai Time
The official check-out time is 12:00 hours Dubai Time
Early Check-in and Late Check-out will be subject to availability on the day. To guarantee an early arrival, it is required to pre-book the room for one additional night
A Late Check-out can be confirmed at an extra charge of 50% off the room rate until 18:00 hours Dubai time
A Late Check-out after 18:00 hours Dubai Time can be confirmed by booking an additional night
Availability for Late Check-out must be checked through Mandarin Oriental’s reservations department
