GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FROM 1 NOV 2019 TO 30 SEPT 2021

1. The above rates are quoted in AED, based on the meal plan specified, per room per night, inclusive of 7% Municipality Fee, 10% Service Charge and 5% VAT.

2. The above rates are subject to Tourism Dirham Fee which is AED 15 per room per night.

3. Complimentary Wi-Fi access is provided in public areas and guest room.

HOTEL`S CHILD POLICY:

1. One child as 0 – 5.99 years old sharing their parents` room will stay free of charge with a Baby Cot Only (subject to availability) or on existing bedding, on the same meal plan booked along with New Year Gala Dinner.

2. Child between 06 – 11.99 years old will be charged 50% of Adults Rate for the Meal plan supplements and NY Gala Dinner

3. Child between 06 – 11.99 years old will be charged 50% on the Extra bed Supplement on BB.

4. Child 12 years old and above will be considered as an adult.

-Triple Occupancy is based on a double- or twin-bedded room with an additional Rollaway bed in the room, with an extra bed supplement per night.
-Marina Byblos Hotel impose New Year bookings minimum stay of (four) 4 nights and no departure 30th and 31st of December 2021.
-The Travel Agency/Tour Operator acknowledges and agrees to notify/advise prospective guests as part of the terms and conditions for accommodation that the reserved unit will be available as of 15h00 on the day of the guest’s arrival.
-However Early Check-in can be arranged based on availability.
-The Travel Agency/Tour Operator acknowledges and agrees to notify/advise prospective guests as part of the terms and conditions for accommodation that the reserved unite must be vacated no later than 12h00 on the date of the guest’s departure, failure by the guests to do so may incur a late departure charges which must be settled by the guest directly to the hotel on their departures, the Late departure charges will be as following”
