Full Board and Half Board Package

The Tour Operator may sell a Half Board Package at its destinations in conjunction with Accomodations. The Half Board Package rates are as follows.
Additional Breakfast

Half Board Dinner 
Full Board Lunch & Dinner 
Meal rates are inclusive of mineral water and select juices.
Children below 6 years are free of charge.
Children from 6 to 11.99 inclusive have 50% discount.
Rates pertain to the Buffet/Set Menu in Mosaic All Day Dining Restaurant only.
HB/FB rates are only available if purchased in advance in conjunction with accomodation.

Please note: The Tourism Dirhams Fee of AED20 per bedroom per night is payable directly upon departure by guests and will appear on the final bill.

14 Nights restriction

Kindly note that FIT rates are bookable for max 14 nights stay. For reservations more than 14 nights please don’t hesitate to contact us directly.

CHILDREN POLICY

Two children up to 6 years of age accompanying their parent’s room may stay in the same room at no extra charge and a complimentary buffet breakfast.
Supplement for 3rd adult (over 12 years old ) net with breakfast or without breakfast per night can accommodate on our Deluxe room (Studio) and Executive Suite (1BR).
Meal Supplement Children Policy
0-5.99 years old will be free of charge
6-11.99 years old will have a discount of 50% on meal plan (BB/HB/FB)
12 years old and above will be full charge on the meal plan supplement (BB/HB/FB)

Baby cot is free of charge upon advance request and subject to hotel’s availability.
Extra bed charges for adult or child net with breakfast per night.

Check Out : 12:00 hours
Late Check out until 18:00 hours : 50% charge of the Room Rate
Late Check out after 18:00 hours : 100% charge of the Room Rate
Guaranteed Early Check In prior to 10:00am : 50% charge of the Room Rate
Guaranteed Early Check In prior to 5:00am : 100% charge of the Room Rate
Early Check-out : 100% charge of the full stay

Charges will be based on the contracted rates. Late check-out and Early check-in is offered subject to availability with corresponding charges above.
Guaranteed early check-in and check-out will be secured by booking an additional night’s accommodation particularly in high season and peak periods.
