GENERAL POLICY

CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT TIME: Check-in time is 15:00 check-out time is 12:00. All guests arriving before 12:00 will be accommodated as rooms become available. Baggage may be checked-in for those arriving early if rooms are unavailable. Early check in can be guaranteed at additional charge: 50% of the 1st night room rate for arrivals between 10 am – 3 pm. 100% charges will apply for arrivals before 10 am. Late check out can be guaranteed at additional charge: 50% of the last night room rate for departure between 12 pm – 6 pm. 100% charges will apply for departure after 6 pm.
EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY: Regardless of early departure of a particular reservation, all originally booked room nights (whether or not consumed) of such reservation and applicable taxes will be billed to you.
Should the Company after the cancellation deadline reduce the number of nights of the confirmed reservation or if the guest checks out early, the hotel will charge the Company for the full duration of the original reservation. 100% of the booking period will be charged should a guest depart ahead of the booked date of departure. In case of advanced payment the amount will not be refundable.
CHILDREN POLICY
• No charge for two children under 11.99 y.o. when occupying the same room as adult(s) and using existing bedding (inclusive of use of the sofa-bed)
• Baby cots for children under 2.99 y.o. are provided free of charge and are subject to availability and prior booking
