This is a nice apartment for 6 guests in Puerto de Alcúdia, close to the beach. Welcome! This 90 m2 apartment has 3 bedrooms with closets, a bathroom with bath tub and an en suite toilet. There is one room with double bed, another with 2 twin beds and one with a bunk bed. The sitting-dining room is a lovely place to read a book or eat together. The kitchen is equipped with toaster, microwave, coffee machine, kitchen utensils and much more. There is also a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. On the 10 m2 balcony you can enjoy a large breakfast or a glass of wine. The flat is situated on the 1st floor without elevator. Please keep in mind that pets are not allowed. There is one private, covered parking space for our guests. The sand beach, supermarkets, restaurants and the bus stop are within walking distance. The beach is perfect for toddlers, because the swell is moderate. A car is not essential, because you can walk or take the bus. During the high season, the bus leaves every 15 minutes for Alcúdia historic town, Puerto de Pollença or Can Picafort. Puerto de Alcúdia has a wide range of leisure activities, restaurants and shops. Take a long stroll on the promenade, try homemade ice cream, make a boat trip to Formentor, and visit the market that takes place in the evening. Furthermore, we recommend you to visit the historic town of Alcúdia with its city wall, the Romanic ruins and the nice amphitheatre. The local market takes place every Tuesday and Sunday. Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
