TERMS & CONDITION 2023-2024
Valid from 01/11/2023 to 31/10/2024
All the above rates are net and include 10% service charge, 7% municipality fee, 5% VAT.
The above rates do not include the Tourism Dirham Fee which is AED 15 per room per night and needs to be settled directly at the hotel by the guest.
In the event of any governmental change to the aforementioned Service Charge, VAT and the Tourism Dirham Fee the hotel reserves the right to amend the rates accordingly.
CHILD POLICY
The Hotel’s Child Policy applies with regards to accommodation and meals.
Maximum two adults and one child aged 11.99 years and below can stay in a room booked in double occupancy on existing bedding.
01 child aged 11.99 year and below will stay complimentary on parents meal plan booked.
Extra bed is chargeable as per regular rates regardless of age.
Complimentary for children between 0-5.99 years old
Early Check In / Late Check Out / Early Departure:
Check In - 14:00hrs
Check in time of the hotel is 14:00hrs. For Arrivals before 14:00hrs the rooms will be subject to availability. For guaranteed availability the room must be booked the night prior and will be charged as per contracted rate.
Late Check Out
Check out time is 12:00hrs. Check out between 12.00hrs and 18.00hrs will be charged at 50% of contracted rate. After 18.00hrs, full charge will apply. The extension of departure is subject to availability.
Early Departure
In the event of early departure, the hotel would have the right to charge the whole stay to the Travel Agency or Guest.

CHILD POLICY
The Hotel’s Child Policy applies with regards to accommodation and meals.
One adult sharing a room with one child aged up to 11.99 years (inclusive) will pay the applicable double room rate with breakfast included.
Maximum two adults and one child aged 6 years and below can stay in a room booked in double occupancy.
Complimentary for children between 0-5.99 years old.
The above rates do not include the Tourism Dirham Fee which is chargeable at AED 15 per room per night and needs to be settled directly at the hotel by the guest.
