CONTRACT AGREEMENT POLICY / RESTRICTIONS:

*Applicable for single / double / twin occupancy Rates are applicable to transient F.I.T travelers only and not applicable for group bookings (above 9 rooms). *Complimentary Buffet Breakfast at All Day Dinning Restaurant.

*Complimentary Airport Transfers by hotel shuttle bus as per the fixed schedules, from and to Dubai International Airport – Terminal 1 & Terminal 3 only.

*Pick up from Terminal 2 will be charged.

*Complimentary shuttle service to Deira City Center Mall.

Child Policy

*Maximum of 01 child up to 11.99 years old sharing room will be free of charge under parents meal plan booked

*Baby cot will be offered on complimentary basis (Subject to availability)

*Meals ordered for children from the A La Carte menu will be charged at the published meal rates.

*Above Family Plan is applicable for immediate members of the family only and not accompanying children.

*Children above 12 years old will be treated as adults when sharing parent’s room, therefore one adult and one child above 12 years old is considered double occupancy.

Check-In / Check-Out Policy

Hotel check-in time is 14:00hrs.

*Guests arriving between 9:00 and 12:00hrs can be accommodated without additional charge, as rooms become available. We can store their luggage during any check-in time

*Arrivals before 09:00 hrs will be held and charged from the previous night Hotel Check-out time is 12:00 noon.

*Rooms used from 12.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. on the day of departure will be charged 50% of the contracted rate.

*Rooms occupied beyond 6.00 p.m. will be charged at the full contract rate

*For early check-in or late check-out that is paid by the hotel guest and not covered by the Tour Operator’s voucher, the Best Available Rate of the day will be applicable and paid directly by the guest securing rate confidentiality.
