The Tourism Dirham of AED 15 per room per night is not included in the quoted rate and will be collected directly from the guest upon check-in. This fee is mandated by the relevant tourism authority. - The Company acknowledges and agrees that it will advise prospective guests that the reserved accommodation must be vacated no later than 12.00 hrs. on the date of the guest’s departure. The Company shall ensure that guests are informed that failure by the guests to do so may incur a late departure charge which must be settled by the guest on their departure. The late departure (up to 19.00) charge shall be 50% of the rate of the day, after that time, a full night’s stay will be charged at the rate of the day.
