GENERAL POLICY:
Reservations of more than 9 rooms will be considered a Group, hence requiring an ad-hoc quotation.
Complimentary access to hotel gym, pool and shuttle service as per the schedule.
AED15 Tourism Dirham fee per room per night is applicable for the first 30 consecutive nights.

Minimum Length of Stay:
- Minimum stay of 3 (three) consecutive nights is required to stay during for Peak and event seasons.
- Minimum stay of 2(two) consecutive nights is required to stay during for shoulder seasons.
- Minimum stay of 5 (five) consecutive nights is required to stay during for New Year period.

Check-in / Check-out Time:
- Check-in time is +15:00 hours
- Check-out time is 12:00 hours
- No check–out will be allowed on 31st
- Early departures: 1 night charged on meal plan booked for early departure during Ramadan and low season days and full stay charges applicable during High & Peak Season.

CHILDREN POLICY:
Children are considered from 0 to 11.99 years old
Children from 0 - 5.99 years old stay free of charge on existing bedding and the same meal plan as parents booked.
Meals and Extra bed are chargeable for children from 6 - 11.99 years old.
Children 12 years old and above are considered adults.

Superior Room & Superior Studio
Maximum Occupancy: 2 adults + 1child (up to 11.99 years old). Extra Bed is not allowed.
Deluxe Room & Deluxe Studio
Maximum Occupancy: 2 adults + 2 children (up to 11.99 years old) or 3 adult.
Premium Room & Premium Studio
Maximum Occupancy: 2 adults + 2 children (up to 11.99 years old) or 3 adult.
Premium Sky Room & Premium Sky Studio
Maximum Occupancy: 2 adults + 2 children (up to 11.99 years old) or 3 adult.
Deluxe 1 BR Suite & Deluxe One Bedroom
Maximum Occupancy: 2 adults + 2 children (up to 11.99 years old) or 3 adult.
