Rates outlined in this contract are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED)

Rates are for single or double occupancy, per night.
Rates are valid for all stays from 1 to 29 nights. All requests of 30 nights and above will be quoted on a case-to-case basis.
Wholesale rates quoted in this document are not applicable to groups of ten rooms or more.
Any amendment to a booking such as: name change, change in the date of arrival, change in the date of departure; will be considered as a new booking and the rates and offers applicable at the time of receiving the amendment will be applied accordingly.

♦ TOURISM DIRHAM;
Further to Dubai's Executive Council Resolution No. (2) of 2014, the "Tourism Dirham” is a minimal charge of AED 15 for rooms & suites and AED 20 for Residence apartments & Studios to be applied to hotel guests, staying in any type of hotel establishment, including hotels, hotel apartments, guest houses and holiday homes. This fee is levied per occupied bedroom, per night effective for all stays from 31 March 2014 onwards. The fee will be collected from guests at check out.Example: 5 nights in a Studio/One Bedroom Apartment = AED 15 x 5 nights = AED 75

♦ Minimum Length of Stay:
● Not applicable, except for stays between 28 December 2025 to 01 January 2026 (included) a minimum stay of 4 (four) consecutive nights is applicable
for stays at NH Collection Dubai The Palm including the Apartments.
● No check-out is allowed on 31 December 2025

♦ CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIME
● Check-in time is from 15:00 hours. Rooms/Apartments requiring check-in prior to 15:00 hours will require a pre-booking to guarantee early check-in.
Pre-booking of rooms/apartments will be charged at 100% of the daily contracted room/apartment rate and should be requested at the time of
reservation.
● Check-out time is 12:00 hours for Rooms/Apartments. Late departures up to 18:00 hours are subject to availability, at 50% of the daily contracted
room/apartment rate. For any checkouts after 18:00 hours, the regular published rate will be applicable subject to availability.
● Early departures: Once check-in formalities have been completed; guests will be charged accommodation for the full duration of the reserved stay.

● Revo Café- Bistro – A la Carte breakfast (limited to One Bedroom Sea view suite, One Bedroom Sea View Apartment and Premium One Bedroom
Apartment) and Lunch and dinner for all rooms and apartment types.
● HB & FB meals are only available in Maiora restaurant on Valentine’s Day, Easter Sunday, Christmas Eve Dinner, and Christmas Day Lunch. Dine around
option will not be available.
● HB Bookings on Christmas Eve 24th of December 2025 and NY Eve on 31st of December 2025 will remain lunch only.
● HB and FB remain food only.
● HB will remain dinner only and can’t not be exchanged to lunch.
● RAMADAN- During Ramadan, HB and FB dinner time will start from 7.30 PM onwards. Guest will have option of early dinner during Ramadan in REVO Café from 6.30 PM onwards

All-Inclusive Supplement for New Year’s Eve Dinner on 31st December 2025

● This supplement will apply on top of the all-inclusive rate per guest/per night.
● All Inclusive Supplement is applicable only for the full duration of stay.
● Free for children (0-4.99 years old)

♦ Terms and Conditions:

● The New Year’s Eve Dinner is compulsory for all guests staying at the hotel on 31 December 2025
● The Compulsory New Year’s Eve Dinner is to be reserved at the time of making room reservations. The ages of the children at the time of the actual stay are to be provided when the reservation is made.
● Upon arrival at the hotel, guests are requested to visit the New Year’s Eve desk to re-confirm their New Year’s Eve booking.
● The Dinner seating will be assigned on a first come first serve basis.
● Guests will be issued with an entry ticket.

● The hotel reserves the right to change or amend the New Year’s Eve program without prior notice.
● The Government of the UAE reserves the right to withdraw entertainment and fireworks without prior notice.
● In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, the above schedules/program will be subject to change.

Available exclusively for the guests staying in our One Bedroom Sea view Suite, Superior One Bedroom Sea View Apartments and Premium One-Bedroom Sea view apartment.
Offerings: Guest will enjoy 2 hours of complementary unlimited drinks including soft beverage, house beverage beer and wine from 4 PM to 6 PM in REVO CAFÉ
including selection of Canapé and h'ordeuvres.

    Children 0-4.99 years old - sharing with parents in existing bedding: no charge for accommodation or meals, except room service and mini bar. Baby cot is provided free of charge, subject to availability.
    Children 5-11.99 years old ~ sharing with parents in existing bedding: no charge for accommodation or meals, except room service and mini bar. all the other meals at 50% discount except room service and mini bar (please refer to Free Half Board promotion for additional details).
    Children 12 years old and above are considered adults.
    Baby cot is provided free of charge.
    One rollaway Extra bed / Sofa bed for Children (5-11.99) will be charged net per extra bed including buffet breakfast.
