Half Board/Half Board Deluxe includes a choice of lunch or dinner per person, per meal, in resort managed outlets. This excludes third-party managed restaurants, such as Bungalo34. Following
charges be applied for the Half Board/Half Boad Deluxe package during the Peak, High, Shoulder, Mid High and Low Seasons.

Half Board Deluxe is inclusive of 2 beverages per meal: house wines, beers, spirits with mixers,
cocktails/ mocktails or soft drinks.
D. Champagne and Sparkling wine are not included in Half Board.
E. Beverages to be consumed during the meal at Café Nikki.
F. Exclusions to the offer: Room Service, Minibar, Brunches, and any monthly promotions.
G. During Christmas Eve & New Year’s Eve, Half Board will only be applicable during Lunch and not
for the Gala Dinner.
H. Half Board (lunch or dinner) cannot be accumulated and will not be refunded

CHILDREN POLICY 

1 Child up to 5.99 years old will be accommodated free of charge in an extra bed/baby crib. Children between 6- and 11.99-years old stay with an extra supplement  per child per night at room/suite (on BB basis) in an extra bed. Extra beds can only be placed in Luux Rooms and above categories. From 12 years old and above, children will be considered adults and triple occupancy surcharge applies.Early Bird Discount promotion is applicable.

Benefits

Rooms, suites, and villas include an international buffet breakfast for single or double occupancy at Café Nikki. Inclusive of bottled water on daily basis and in-room coffee and tea making facilities. o Internet access in room and public areas o Access to Resort Pool, Tone Gym, Sauna, Steam room, Vitality Pool. Access to Nikki Beach Club (above 21 years old)

RECREATION FACILITIES AND TRANSFERS

Tone Gym, steam room and resort pool are free of charge for resort’s guests. Children aged below 15
years require adult supervision whilst using these facilities.
Complimentary access to the Spa facilities.
Transfers – rates are on-request basis.
 Complimentary access to Nikki Beach Club for resort guests without sunbeds or cabanas (except
Festive season & specific private events).
 Sunbeds or Cabanas at Nikki Beach Club & Restaurant are chargeable andsubject to availability atthe time of arrival.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

The Resort will endeavor to provide rooms fully serviced for the arrival of all guests; however, this cannot be guaranteed until 3 pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is at 12 pm on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and at an extra charge.  For charges covered by the Business Partner, the contracted rates will apply. In case charges are covered by the guest directly the best available rate will apply.
