MEAL PLAN INFORMATION

• Please see the below meal plan options available in the hotel:

Half Board/Half Board Deluxe includes a choice of lunch or dinner per person, per meal, in resort managed outlets. This excludes third-party managed restaurants, such as Bungalo34. Following charges be applied for the Half Board/Half Boad Deluxe package during the Peak, High, Shoulder, Mid High and Low Seasons.

• Half Board Deluxe is inclusive of 2 beverages per meal: house wines, beers, spirits with mixers, cocktails/ mocktails or soft drinks.

• Champagne and Sparkling wine are not included in Half Board.

• Beverages to be consumed during the meal at Café Nikki.

• Exclusions to the offer: Room Service, Minibar, Brunches, and any monthly promotions.

• During Christmas Eve & New Year’s Eve, Half Board will only be applicable during Lunch and not for the Gala Dinner.

• Half Board (lunch or dinner) cannot be accumulated and will not be refunded.

RAMADAN PERIOD 2026/2027

During the Holy month of Ramadan 2026/2027, the resort is fully operational as usual including all F&B outlets, leisure facilities, and hotel services. Opening hours remain the same.

Note: Ramadan dates are subject to change according to the UAE Moon-Sighting Committee.

Festive Season

Christmas / New Year Gala Special Dinner are subject to additional supplement.

GENERAL POLICY

• Rooms, suites, and villas include an international buffet breakfast for single or double occupancy at Café Nikki.

• Inclusive of bottled water on daily basis and in-room coffee and tea making facilities.

• Internet access in room and public areas

• Access to Resort Pool, Tone Gym, Sauna, Steam room, Vitality Pool.

• Access to Nikki Beach Club (above 21 years old)

Minimum Stay Requirement For Rooms, Suites and Villas:

• No minimum length of stay is required for rooms and suites, except during the festive period.

• For stays including December 31st, 2026/2027:

o A 3-night minimum applies to rooms and suites. o A 5-night minimum applies to Garden Villas. o A 7-night minimum applies to Beach Villas.

• Check-out is not permitted on December 31st, 2026 and January 1st, 2026/2027 for any room, suite, or villa booking.

• In case of early departure, the full length of the stay will be charged.

Note: The hotel reserves the right to amend the minimum length of stay, providing the business partner with 24-hour notice.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

• The Resort will endeavor to provide rooms fully serviced for the arrival of all guests; however, this cannot be guaranteed until 3 pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is at 12 pm on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and at an extra charge.

• For charges covered by the Business Partner, the contracted rates will apply. In case charges are covered by the guest directly the best available rate will apply.

• All guests are required to present a valid form of identification upon check-in. Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai reserves the right to refuse admission to any person who fails to comply with this regulation. Persons under the age of 18 will not be able to check in under any circumstances unless accompanied by their legal guardian.

• All guests are required to guarantee their incidental account upon check-in unless a prior arrangement has already been agreed upon by both parties involved.

• No refund will be given in the event of early check-out. In the event of any under-stays, the Hotel will charge for the entire duration of the stay.

CHILDREN POLICY

• 1 Child up to 5.99 years old will be accommodated free of charge in an extra bed/baby crib.

• Children between 6- and 11.99-years old stay with an extra supplement applies per child per night at room/suite (on BB basis) in an extra bed.

• Extra beds can only be placed in Luux Rooms and above categories.

• From 12 years old and above, children will be considered adults and triple occupancy surcharge applies

• Early Bird Discount promotion is applicable.
