Booking codes to be mentioned for each booking to avail the above rates.

The above BB rates are inclusive of full buffet breakfast All Day Dining Restaurant

The above rates are inclusive of 10% Service Charge, 7% Municipality Fees and 5% VAT.

The above rates are subject AED 15 Tourism Dirham fee per room per night and subject to be changed as per UAE Law.

The rate is applicable per room per night, subject to availability, individual bookings only - up to 9 rooms.

Meal rates are net, inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% municipality fees and 5% VAT, excluding beverages.

Buffet breakfast - Children from Age 0 to 15 years (inclusive) are free of charge, when dining with paying adults

Lunch & Dinner - Children from 0 to 5 years (inclusive) are free of charge, from ages 6 to 11 (inclusive) are entitled to 50%

2A+2C (0-11.99 y.o.) or 2A+1C (below 15.99 y.o.) or 3A on existing bedding (sofa bed)

All meals options are offered in “Hang Out Cafe” Restaurant.

HB/FB rates are only available if purchased in advance in conjunction with accommodation for the full length of stay

Walk-in rates must be applied if the meals are not pre-booked in advance.

The above rates must be packaged with markup of the company and not to be sold as a naked room rate.

By accepting this special offer, company agrees to support the same with marketing activity/ activities for this specific offer.

The rate agreement discloses all foreseen hotel charges, fees or other costs resulting from local laws; any additional charges, changes or tax including VAT to these resulting from legislation are to be met by the customer (individual or agent).
