Even though Villa Oliveto has been renovated recently, it keeps the typical mediterranean architecture, which is enriched by the majolica and the ancient tiles that tell the story of the house The property is very bright; it is composed of 6 apartments, each of which is organised as follows: two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen (with a refrigerator, freezer, oven) and there’s a little corner for the laundry. Also, the house has a very spacious terrace with a breathtaking view over the sea, the Castle of Capri and Monte Solaro; it could be the perfect place for your breakfast, your tan or even to look at the beautiful and romantic night sky. It is already equipped with deckchairs, tents and a very big table.The fascinating and romantic atmosphere of the house recalls the entire surrounding of the island: a very magical and elegant place that charms for its beauty and uniqueness. This house is located in a great location compared to the others; Indeed the center, the very well known “piazzetta” can be reached by walking only 5 mins through Via Camerelle and Via Vittorio Emanuele; a great compromise between convenience and tranquillity.
