TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Rates are exclusive of the AED 20 Tourism Dirham Fee which is calculated on a per room per night basis and payable by the guest upon check-out. The Tourism Dirham Fee applies for all stays including but not limited to commercial, complimentary, promotional, upgrades, and short stays, but excludes late check-out.
Rates are inclusive of daily access to “Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark”.
Rates must be packaged with at least two other components i.e., ground operator and airline.
Rates are valid for FIT (individual) bookings, up to 5 rooms per booking. Rates for group, conference, incentive, or event business are available upon request.
One&Only The Palm reserves the right to modify or withdraw these rates at any time during the term of the agreement upon notice to the Contracting Partner. One&Only The Palm may
terminate this agreement on 30 days’ written notice to the Contracting Partner. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Dubai and the applicable Federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and in the event of a dispute, the courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Compulsory Festive Supplement

Compulsory Festive Supplement is applicable per adult / child per stay for guests staying through 31 December 2025. Compulsory Festive Supplement will be inclusive of the following activations on New Years Eve: o Welcome cocktail reception, Gala Dinner, Fireworks, afterparty celebration and live entertainment

CHILD POLICY
Children 0-3.99 years of age inclusive, stay and dine when sharing the room with adult(s) on a bed and breakfast basis on existing bedding with a maximum of one rollaway bed.
Children between 4-11.99 years of age and above are subject to supplement charges when sharing the room with adult(s) on a bed and breakfast basis on existing bedding with a maximum of one
rollaway bed.
Guests 12 years of age and above are subject to supplement charges when sharing the room with adult(s) on a bed and breakfast basis on existing bedding with a maximum of one rollaway bed.
For safety reasons, suites with pools are not recommended for families with children under 12 years old. Parent or adult supervision is always required

All guests staying at One&Only The Palm will enjoy the following benefits:
• A la carte breakfast in ZEST.
• All rooms can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children up to 11.99 years old OR 3 adults on existing bedding with a maximum of one rollaway bed.
• A dedicated host throughout the stay.
• All guests with a spa treatment or restaurant reservation at One&Only Royal Mirage will have access to a complimentary boat transfer that departs from 101 Marina, One&Only The Palm. Subject
to availability and weather conditions.
• Daily access to “Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark” located at nearby Atlantis, The Palm. Transfer available upon request.
• Complimentary e-mail / social media Wi-Fi browsing, access up to four devices within the comfort of your room and around most of the outdoor pool facilities. High-speed download / upload
ideal for games, movies, video, and sports streaming, etc. up to four devices within the resort is available at a daily or weekly nominal fee.
• Complimentary access to the KidsOnly Club. Children under 4 years old must be always supervised by a parent or guardian.

HALF BOARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Guests on Half Board are entitled to breakfast and evening meals during their stay.
• Half Board includes a la carte breakfast at ZEST.
• Half Board evening meals are available at the following participating restaurants:
1. ZEST (choice of one starter, one main course, and one dessert per person from the main menu subject to exclusions)
2. 101 Dining Lounge & Marina (choice of one starter, one main course, and one dessert per person from the main menu subject to exclusions)
• Guests on Half Board will receive a 25% discount on the food bill during dinner at Olives, Tagine, Beach Bar & Grill, The Rotisserie, Eauzone, Drift, Celebrities and Tresind restaurants at
One&Only Royal Mirage.
• Half Board is inclusive of food only. Beverages will be charged on consumption.
• Half Board must be booked for the entire stay and identified on the guest voucher or itinerary.
• Half Board must be booked for all guests staying in the same room.
• No credit is given if the Half Board benefit is not consumed.
• Pre-booking of the restaurants for dinner is required.
• Half Board does not apply for special events in the restaurants and the Festive New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-in time for all guests is 15.00hrs (3 pm) local time and check-out time is 12.00hrs (12 noon) local time. For guaranteed earlier access to guest rooms, 100% of the contracted rate will be charged
for the night prior, subject to availability. Late check-out until 18.00hrs (6 pm) will be charged at 50% of the contracted rate and 100% charges for late check-out after 18.00hrs (6 pm) onwards,
subject to availability. Flight details or estimated arrival time of the guest must be given at the time of booking
