TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Check-in & Check-out: Guests can check-in from 14:00 on the day of arrival. Check-out on day of departure is 12:00 noon. Extra charges apply for guaranteed early check-in and late check-out. For early arrivals the hotel can provide change room facilities and temporary luggage storage.

2. Early Check-in: Check in before 06:00 Hrs, 100% of the room charges Between 06:00 – 10:00 Hrs, 50% of the room charges After 10:00 Hrs, Free of Charge, subject to availability (Off/Low peak season)

3. Late Check-out: Check out after 12:00 – 18:00 Hrs, 50% of the room charges, subject to availability After 18:00 Hrs, 100% of the room rate to be charged Subject to room availability ONLY

4. Early Check out: The guest or company is requested to give at least 48 hours notification period, otherwise 2 nights to be charged accordingly as per the agreed rates

5. Child Policy:

• Age Limits Net Rate 0 – 5.99 yrs Free – With parents in existing bed.
• Baby Cot is free but subject to availability 6 – 11.99 yrs Free – With parents in existing bed, 50% Meal Plan will be charged.
• 12 yrs and above Considered as Adult regardless Extra bed charges will apply. 

6. Extra bed Policy:

• Only 1 Baby cot / Extra bed is permitted per room. (Subject to availability & limited rooms only)

7. Buffet / Set Menu:

• Open Buffet Breakfast
• Lunch 
• Dinner 
• Excluding soft drinks (Buffet will be served for more than 20 pax)
