This hotel is located in one of the most developed areas of Sunny Beach, a tourist resort north of Burgas lying directly beside the Black Sea. As the lively centre of the resort is 500 m from the hotel, guests are guaranteed relaxation and peace within the complex. The fine sandy beach is just 200 m from the hotel. Countless restaurants, bars, and shops can be found in about 250 m, and connections to the public transport network are situated directly in front of the holiday complex.Established in 2005, this apartment hotel consists of 130 buildings accommodation units set across several buildings. Amongst the hotel facilities count an air-conditioned foyer in the main building with 24-hour reception desk and a lift. In addition, guests may make use of the Internet connection, the small supermarket, some shops, and a cosy restaurant. Parking spaces are available for those arriving by car.The luxury apartments all come with a bathroom with shower, a combined bedroom/ lounge, a separate bedroom, a fully-equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, and microwave, and a balcony or terrace. Satellite/ cable TV and a hire safe are also included in all accommodation units as standard. The air conditioning and heating are individually adjustable.Guests have the option of using the outdoor swimming pool.
