This apartment complex is situated in the tourist centre directly beside the sandy beach of Alcudia Bay. Countless bars and restaurants are to be found in the vicinity as well as links to the transport network (50 m away). Shops are located within 100 m of the complex. The 6-storey complex comprises a total of 217 apartments. There is a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, lifts, a hotel safe and a currency exchange counter. A restaurant with highchairs for infants, a bar, a café and a public Internet terminal are also on offer. Furthermore, there are room and laundry services, medical assistance, a bicycle hire service, a kids' club (for children of 4 years or older), a children's restaurant with special buffet, a playground, a car park and a garage on offer to guests The pleasing apartments include a combined living room/bedroom, separate bedroom, en suite bathroom, a shower, a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, a kitchenette, a fridge, tiling, a ceiling fan, a hire safe and a balcony.
