The Half Board Package includes a set menu (choice of lunch or dinner) including one soft
drink/water per person per meal or a credit equivalent to the supplement's value in 7 F&B Outlets
(Lakeview, Noépe, Boardwalk, The Thai Kitchen, Jones the Grocer, Amara Pool Bar, and The
Lounge). Items that are not included on the set menu will be at an additional charge to the gues

Festive Season 2025-2026

During Christmas Eve & New Year’s Eve, Half Board will only be applicable during Lunch and not for the Gala Dinne

» GENERAL POLICY:

• Rates are valid for individual booking and are not applicable to groups of 10 rooms or more.

• An additional Tourism Dirham fee of AED 20 per bedroom per night will be charged to the guest upon check-in and is subject to change by local authorities.

Minimum Length of Stay:

•  Park Hyatt Dubai applies a minimum length of stay of 02 nights for the stay in rooms and suites during Peak, High, Medium, and Low seasons.

• In addition to this, there is NO check-out on the 31st of December 2024/2025, and the 1st ofJanuary 2025/2026 for the guests staying in the rooms and suites. In case of shortened stay, the entire length of stay will be charged

Check-in / Check-out Time:

•  The Hotel will endeavor to provide rooms fully serviced for the arrival of all guests; however,
  this cannot be guaranteed until 3 pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is at 12 pm on the
  day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and at an extra
  charge.
•  For charges covered by the Business Partner, the contracted rates will apply. In case charges
  are covered by the guest directly the best available rate will apply
•  All guests are required to present a valid form of identification upon check-in. Park HyattDubai reserves the right to refuse admission to any person who fails to comply with this regulation. Persons under the age of 18 will not be able to check in under any circumstances unless accompanied by their legal guardian.
• All guests are required to guarantee their incidental account upon check-in unless a prior arrangement has already been agreed upon by both parties involved.
•  No refund will be given in the event of early check-out. In the event of any under-stays, the
  Hotel will charge for the entire duration of the stay

» CHILDREN POLICY:

•  1 Child up to 5.99 years old will be accommodated free of charge in an extra bed/baby crib
• Children between 6- and 11.99-years old stay with an extra supplement of AED 175 per child per night at room/suite (on BB basis) in an extra bed
